He knew I was coming, make & model of car, etc. but was not prepared to do the work. I leave car. No phone call about estimate/status. Next day I call in AM; he is huffy & bothered because he is only one there and does oil changes 8 - 10. I call again later, he says car will be ready PM, he will call me. He calls at CLOSING TIME to tell me car is ready. I get there, he says absolutely nothing, holds out credit card machine, hands me my keys. So for scheduled work I waited 2 full days without any communication from him. Felt that at end he was jerking me around because I had to keep calling him about my car and he didn't like that.
