We've been going weekly and I can confidently say The staff are always amazing! So helpful and insightful. They offer a coupon book which can easily be used in store. It's a little hard to miss, however you can see it once you've entered the shopping center. Family owned and operated since 1987. Think of Whole Foods, much less busy, not a whole lot of rushing (which is a good thing) and you take your time to browse around the smaller store. The quiet and calm was cool, for a Thursday evening, not too shabby. We came across a lot of products we haven't seen before. Great options from a vast majority of gluten free to bring your own containers for pasta to help reduce waste. Plenty of signs to look at and read what we can do to be proactive with our bodies, lifestyle and the environment. I loved knowing this was a smaller scale. We accidentally forgot our reusable bags, however bought a new MOM'S insulated bag. Until next time, we will be back!

I make the trip all the way from Shelton, CT to Peekskill, NY just to come here, and every mile is worth it. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is spot on. With its retro-inspired charm and the feel of an old-school general store, Valley Greens strikes the perfect balance between nostalgic comfort and modern convenience. I came back specifically for their kief, and I still can't get over the top-tier quality, fantastic pricing, and how genuinely friendly and knowledgeable the staff is. They score high points for fruits and vegetables and their selections of cheeses, olives and cured meats is top notch. If you want to make a charcuterie board, come here! They have a lot of great drink options too. If you like beer, the selection is extensive. I also like that they have lots of specialty Italian sodas and little cans of Coke and other mixers. They have a great aisle that has everything you need if you're hosting a specialty cocktail event, so whenever we are having a party, DeCicco's is our go-to place for supplies. Overall, they do a great job. There may be a thing or two that isn't great but nobody's perfect and they get so much right here and do it in such a great way, I have to recommend this place.
