We though we did something wrong but the guy came came from the next door store to set up the inflatable screen, projector, speakers, and popcorn machine and it was a party. He poured out a little bubbly and you helped yourself to the buttery popcorn. Unfortunately the store doesn't open because the same guy who runs it is also running the show, so it's understandable, bu I wish I could've bought some other snacks. The screening was definitely for the tenants of the marina because they all knew each other which was kinda cool that they put out the event on FB. They had the best swag ever, which was ed knit caps just like Bill Murray's crew in the film. This was very low key, low attendance, and intimate. It was funto watchthe movie as the sun went down and I can't wait for their next one.

I called him from my layover in Oakland, California and told him I was gonna try to get a paddle in that same evening,if possible, he started describing it and said, "Man you just gotta get here, I'll drop you a pin!. You're not gonna believe what an amazing experience you're gonna have!" We both had goosebumps, he was so pumped and excited, and so was I!!! He was so right, Everything was perfect, and my goosebumps had goosebumps. It was such a beautiful Paddle. A few days later, I had a little more time on my hand, so I gave him a call, once again blew me away. My final night before I was to fly home opened up and once again he went above and beyond. I record my paddles with a GARMIN watch that synchronizes with the RELIVE app to show your video Trail on a satellite map and any pictures and videos you take and geo-stamped along your trail. It also allows you to edit pictures that were taken of you while you're paddling. And you guessed it, Scott took pictures of me out on the water. The guy is just amazing, his passion has no limits and it's infectious. I've never experienced such good service. We are very luck in the Seattle area to have NWOC! I just learned about a Meetup group that does a monthly paddle from NWOC combined with having Swedish pancakes at the nearby (about 4 blocks away) Swedish center. Apparently this happens the first Sunday of each month. Several of us from PTCC plan to try that out.

So if you come back in 1 hour and 15 minutes, you get charged for that exact time vs. 2 hours. Staff was friendly and helpful with getting people onto the kayaks/boards safely with life jackets and instructions on how to paddle. I think one extra tip that would be good to know is just pointers on how to find the entrance when we come back since we did get a bit lost, the lake is huge! There are also cubbies to store your personal belongings and changing rooms/restroom. Overall I would recommend and come back.

My daughter had every…read moreintention of purchasing one they had but the one man working stood outside talking with someone who was sitting in his car the entire time. He never once asked if we had questions or needed help with anything. While looking at the kayak she wanted another couple walked in and needed help to which he pretty much blew them off. Needless to say my daughter hopped online and purchased a 1500$ kayak online because the one person working didn't acknowledge her or anyone else browsing the store what so ever. He clearly wasn't motivated to make a sale because we both would have gotten one.
