Matt repaired my Samsung fridge for freezing at the back panel. First, in Oct 2022, he installed an extra heating element for $340 and promised me that the issue is permanently addressed. Then, I had the same issue again within 4 months in Feb 2023 and this time, he replaced the evaporator cover assembly for another $75 and promised me that this is the ultimate fix and I would not have to worry about this issue again. Now, I have the same issue for the last 3 months and when I contacted them, they are essentially asking for another $537 to fix this issue and claiming that they won't even come and check why their fix didn't work because the fix is out of warranty. I would expect any decent technician to at least find out why their "ultimate fix" did not work and do what they can to address the same issue for which they were already paid $415. Please avoid because ultimately what matters is whether they stand up to their work and not whether they are nice on their first visit.

Most think the homeowners are not knowledgeable and we aren't, otherwise we would fix it ourselves. However, we have everything else you need to be a judge of a clean, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient repair person. Marian's first visit was to vacuum out our Thermador refrigerator and garage fridge. I wasn't in the mood to meet him but my husband told me how he worked. I liked what I heard. About 2 weeks later the heavier door on the Thermador fridge slumped. To be honest, it wasn't to my satisfaction brand new, the door was sticking out a little but after a remodel of the entire home, one gets burnt out. Marian fixed the door better than the brand new one installed and showed us why and how the problem happened. The stove he changed the lights effectively and fast. Then the big question came from me, can you take the oven door off and take it apart to be cleaned? I've asked 2 other appliance companies if they could but they said it takes a long time and is not easy. Then I said, I can make a new appointment for this for you to come back. He said, he could fix it now. My oven door has 3 glasses. To watch him take off the door and apart was pretty amazing because of his calm, perfected work speed and stress-free demeanor. We all know talent when we see it. I think by now, I told him 3 times how happy I was, and thank you too. Lastly, if you are wise enough to call him for help then you must have done many great things in life to get him. Also, YES his prices are well thought out and fair and reasonable. Our GE washing machine (less than four years old) stopped working Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would and confirmed his diagnosis. Happily, they had the replacement part in stock (evidently we had a common problem), and we scheduled the install for Monday morning around 9:00 am. Once again, he arrived on time and completed the repair in about 30 minutes, and for a reasonable flat fee. We appreciate such efficient, punctual, and timely service at a fair price, and will gladly use Express Appliance and HVAC Repair again.

Elnur was easy to schedule and was prompt with responses. My dishwasher was stopping mid-cycle and leaving water in the bottom and all my dishes wet. On the first visit, Elnur checked a few things and cleaned out the drain hose thinking it might be a clog there. That didn't fix it so Elnur had to come back a second time. Here is where the experience lost the star mainly due to efficiency. He didn't really do anything when he was here, just moved stuff under our sink around to potentially fix the positioning of stuff and asked us to send a video of the dishwasher when it finished a test run. He then correctly deduced the issue from the video, but I felt that he could have asked us to send that at any time vs. extending into a third visit. Ultimately, the 3rd visit fixed it after he got the video and part needed. He does very honest work and has great prices, but you may need some patience if the initial diagnosis doesn't turn out to be fully accurate.
