It was neat to just use an app and add money/time to your wash load that way. I had movies and books on my phone, brought my headphones, and did my own thing while waiting for the laundry to finish. The laundry took about 100 minutes total, since I needed a little extra time for something to dry. I'm not complaining, I'm just happy to find a clean laundromat with all of the machines working.

Not actually honoring your hours of operation and opening when you say you are supposed to open is really disrespectful to your customers. They also seem to have trouble keeping their machines operational as many are not in operation. I have to imagine that because this business doesn't have any competitors nearby, they are able to operate with such disrespect of their customers so hopefully another laundry mat will open in the area, because if and when that happens, I have little doubt this business will be closed and the space looking for a new tenant.

That is very convenient and a life saver. For starters it's a large location with a ton of washers and dryers. You have small washers to huge ones. The dryers range from normal size all the way up to 50lbs. We have found the machines reliable and easy to use, there are a few out of order but nothing to complain about. My only gripes are the last few times we've been there our black shirts and sometimes pants have oil stains on them. Also, the fold and fluff drop off service is expensive compared to what we are used too. Inflation maybe? ‍ We will be back.
