TL/DR: machine work just fine; owner is aggressive, an asshole, and will touch your laundry…read more This has been our stop for alterations, dry cleaning, and laundromat for nearly 30 years. Now I'd rather drive to Anchorage in rush-hour traffic than tolerate the way the male owner treats you. I made a small and honest mistake once: I rarely require use of the roller bins, and as I am not 8 feet tall, I didn't immediately notice a sign posted above the doors requesting customers not bring the cart outside. I rolled the cart approximately 10 feet from the door, across the side walk, to my car. An adult man ran after me yelling at me as if I intended to steal his cart and demanded that I give him the cart and "follow the rules." I tried to apologize profusely, as it was genuinely not my intention to dirty or steal his cart, and unload my single oversized, wet item into my car, however he ripped the cart from my hands and brought it all the way back inside, where he then proceeded to handle my item and insist on carrying it to my car for me despite my protests. All the while, he continued to yell at me despite repetitive and profuse apology. It's notable that my item was still wet because I was attempting to follow the rules by following the posted sign that told me no rugs in the dryer. All in all entirely unnecessary and interaction bordering on scary.
