That experience was a nightmare: I now owned an expensive dress that not only wasn't returnable, but it wasn't able to be altered AND worse still, it was completely wrong for my body shape! Mila helped me find a beautiful dress that flattered my body and made me feel like a beautiful lady!! Isnt that what every bride wants??? She offered her opinions freely and kindly and considered to my opinions, thoughts and suggestions. And because she is also the seamstress we talked about the alterations right then. She had nearly a dozen dresses in flattering styles and in my size! Not once did I have to hold a dress in front of me and guess how I would look if it fit me! My new dress cost less than 1/4 of what I spent in Texas, and looks fantastic on me!!! We completely redesigned the dress into my DREAM wedding dress. Not only is she amazing at what she does but she is so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. I clearly said no both times because one dress was more old-fashioned and the other was a ballgown style, I wanted them full and even. Both dresses were returned hemmed the way she wanted anyway. Completely ignored what I asked for. This isn't a one-time issue either- there's a pattern of her not listening to customers and doing what she wants while still charging high prices. No refunds, and you're left with a ruined dress. I've since seen multiple reviews describing the same experience, which makes it even more frustrating. I honestly don't understand how this business is still operating with how consistently people are treated this way. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects what you ask for.
