For my dress there were a few things that I wanted to change and it was no problem at all for her. She was able to remove some of the extra "floof" of my skirt, bring in the bust, remove the bulky pads, create a beautiful bustle, and hem to perfection. Not actually honoring your hours of operation and opening when you say you are supposed to open is really disrespectful to your customers. They also seem to have trouble keeping their machines operational as many are not in operation. I have to imagine that because this business doesn't have any competitors nearby, they are able to operate with such disrespect of their customers so hopefully another laundry mat will open in the area, because if and when that happens, I have little doubt this business will be closed and the space looking for a new tenant.
