They take excellent care of the horses and are always on top of an issue. Liz is the trainer and she is absolutely a "Wonder Woman", she has been around horses and trained for 35 + years, you need help for anything ask, she will help or answer your questions.(I'm being nice about the years, not to give her age out) The owners of the stable, loves all the horses and always keeps to a schedule of letting them out and bringing them in, none of the crap you get from other stables around the area, they have 50 plus years of knowledge and take care of their own. We had our horse at a couple other stables and he was abused and used for lessons, when we were not around.(We didn't OK the lessons and we didn't receive pay for the lessons). We got out of the rat hole ranch with our horse being 200 lighter, he has since regained the weight and muscle and is actually being trained instead us of being lied to and being robbed of our money, our horse constantly always standing in wet clay almost a foot deep. We left and 4 other people left with us, all our horses we thin. San-Lue has a large indoor arena and an outdoor arena, the horses go out with weather permitting ONLY, the horses are more important being safe inside, then let outside to hurt themselves in bad weather. They do get arena time for a couple hours when left inside. San-lue is the place to be, they know how to feed and keep various foods for the horses that need extra and they are always looking to help you and your horse, I love them, for all they have done for us. Who ever the RubyPolaris review is, all I can say is she is mental or drunk herself or better yet maybe needs to come back down to earth so the clouds will clear her distorted views. They do not drink at the barn, I have never seen any sign of it, in a year of being there. Yes, they have cats about 6-8, and they don't have any pink elephants either, which I would like to see flying around the arena.

Kay and Emily run a fantastic farm and they genuinely care about the well-being of their horses! Both of these women have a passion and drive to continually learn everything they can about the horse world. Anything from how to better the health of their horses to new dressage techniques. They also have experience in multiple disciplines of riding. One thing to note that many barns cannot say is that this farm is drama-FREE. Meadowlark has a laid-back and welcoming community. It is perfect for everyone of all ages and disciplines. Additionally, Meadowlark has a fantastic Horse Camp that's extremely popular - the spots fill up super fast! I have been riding with Emily for over 2 years now and it's amazing! She caters her teaching style to how her students learn best and has no problem answering questions. If you're on the fence about taking lessons or even bringing your child to Horse Camp. I encourage you to at least try it! I would recommend this farm to anyone! Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed!! :)

They were really condescending and short, and said they couldn't assist. I am giving two stars as they said it politely, but it's just not a welcoming place to newcomers. It isn't a place you can go to learn as a newcomer.
