I was very disappointed, I also ordered a pink lemonade, it was the best thing that I ordered. I didn't eat my food however I took a carry out. I also want a carry out cup for my lemonade. I ask the waiter for a cup to carry my drink with me. The waiter said that the owner didn't allow carry out for the drinks. Wow, the bill was 60.oo dollars. I was shocked and disappointed in the food and the final draw was that I was not able to take me drink with me. Note! The waiter offered to give me a bowl to put my drink in. After a long wait, I finally received a response on October 29 apologizing for the delay and confirming my date was available. They asked me to schedule a call through their portal to discuss details, which I did for November 4. Unfortunately, they did not show up for the call. They eventually connected with me later that day, and I sent inspiration photos to help with planning. After that, I heard nothing until January 16, 2026, when Katie messaged me asking if I had seen her proposal. She apologized for the lack of follow-up and said she would resend it if needed. I informed her that I had not received the proposal in my spam or portal, and she promised to resend it the next day. However, by January 17, I still had not received anything. I followed up again on March 1, 2026, hoping for some progress. Despite the ongoing communication issues, I was drawn to their work because of the beautiful photos and event space they showcased on Instagram. I really wanted to use their services. On March 2, I finally received a response from Stephen, who explained Katie was attending a conference but assured me I would get the proposal within a few days, no later than the end of that week. Now, 20 days later, I have received no proposal and no further follow-up. I am left with no choice but to look elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would. I cannot comment on their food or event space because I was never able to utilize their services. I want to support local small businesses, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

She was always kind, super comprehensive, and was a steady force throughout all the planning. She adapted to our changes in requests, even all my last minute ones the week of, and even one change the night before! Even with our quicker planning timeline, she stayed incredibly organized and on top of it all. She even helped consult us on some vendor advice, and took extra time out of her day to do so. Our family and friends LOVED her too! She was wonderful during our rehearsal and during the day of! Everyone said she was running the show amazingly, and handled various random issues that popped up, such as someone getting sick, so swiftly and smoothly that I didn't have a worry at all the whole day. She even made sure we had our custom cocktails and cocktail hour apps waiting for us at our sweetheart table since we didn't get a chance to have much during cocktail hour! Every time we reflect on the day, we always mention Samantha and how she was literally the lighthouse in a storm for us. We probably talked to Samantha the most out of anyone in our lives during those 85 days, and we seriously miss her! If we had to redo it all, we would literally plan around her availability to hire her. Her industry knowledge is incredible, and she has such an eye for design too.
