The upstairs yoga studio is absolutely beautiful with floor to ceiling glass windows and lets alot of light in. The classes are a hit or miss for me - I'd say some classes are really good and usually full (empower flow and yogalates) while some of the other classes are not as enjoyable and a bit slow. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I reccomend popping in during their $15 Happy hour class deals, since they will no longer be on Classpass in May.

TM teachers make next to no money because there are people don't like to pay for something that they feel should be given for free. Really, don't teachers pay to receive their training and certifications and advertise and be available for what they do? I know a few TM teachers and know their passion is with the program, teaching the technique, not selling the program. I would highly recommend this program for a quick deep rest, and many other benefits that I get from it that I have no idea how to explain. I'm 60 and look 50 and have never been in a hospital. By the way, I managed through college and eventually completed my Master's Degree!

Wasn't super busy except maybe at peak times when people got off work. My cancellation fiasco: Was frustrated to see my fiance and I were still being charged 4 months after having to leave bc. We left due to a death in my family, and it seemed like the gym was being difficult on purpose and ignoring requests to cancel the membership. We called, we sent a letter 4 months ago, but nothing, just continuous charges to our visas. Ron himself saw my angry review and contacted me, and was very empathic to my situation, and reversed the charges for me and my fiance. I appreciate his understanding and reversing the charges. I maintain that perhaps some of the staff should be more empathetic like Ron and be more helpful when it comes to member cancellations. I shouldn't have to rant and rave for them to make things right. They should allow email cancellations with proper notice, and none of this frustration would've happened.

You do have to walk down 10 steps and then up a couple steps of stairs to get to the outdoor sauna. I requested for it to be 0 degrees and they gladly put in a couple buckets of ice for me.
