I let the employee know that I specifically wanted the mid rail of my shutters to line up with the mid rail of my windows (they are the type that slide up to open) so he took extra care to make sure everything matched up. I recently called them for a warranty repair (a couple of the frames were rubbing together, likely due to settlement) and they came out within a week and fixed them free of charge. Overall just a very solid experience. They're a responsive, no hassle company and their products are well priced and good quality.
