I'm surprised to had been referred to this spot seeing as there were not a lot of options for what I was sent for, vertical blinds. Clearly this places focus is on more high end shutters. When we were finally helped, the guy was polite and like oh well since you're only interested in those and pulled these books out the back (like old crates lol) which were the different colors and material types of vertical blinds they have (limited). I let the employee know that I specifically wanted the mid rail of my shutters to line up with the mid rail of my windows (they are the type that slide up to open) so he took extra care to make sure everything matched up. I recently called them for a warranty repair (a couple of the frames were rubbing together, likely due to settlement) and they came out within a week and fixed them free of charge.
