There wasn't much conversation /education on the vertical blinds and no options or advice outside the couple books we'd been presented. I let the employee know that I specifically wanted the mid rail of my shutters to line up with the mid rail of my windows (they are the type that slide up to open) so he took extra care to make sure everything matched up. A few weeks later they returned to install the shutters. I've had them for about a year now. I recently called them for a warranty repair (a couple of the frames were rubbing together, likely due to settlement) and they came out within a week and fixed them free of charge.
