Christina was the first person I spoke with and after hearing what kind of event we were hosting, she made recommendations on equipment and our property. Her instructions and information were very clear and she remained friendly and professional throughout the entire conversation. Our event was unfortunately scheduled when Colorado rain storms were beginning to threaten the skies. Blaster Bouncer called to let us know of the concern for high winds not for their equipment (it could handle it!) but for the sake of the children who would be playing and our church liability. They gave us advance notice and left the choice up to us. When we heeded their advice and decided to cancel, the process was smooth and everyone was very understanding.
