I've never heard of any business charging you to view the product before you purchase. I was happy I reviewed it because they misspelled a name. That would have been a disaster if we shared that. They charged us to fix their misspelling and then charged us to review it again. You have to pay 15 dollars to know if they spelled names correctly. That is kind of messed up. They are the cheapest company in town, so it may be worth it....just be aware of this practice.

I'm always amazed at what they capture--so many tender, funny, honest moments Beyond that, Emily and Mary Grace are simply fantastic people. Down to earth, honest, communicative, sweet. Our experience working with them leading up to and the day of the wedding was great. We were looking forward to getting the photos! When they sent the link to the photos, though...well. In all honesty, I thought they had accidentally uploaded all the reject photos and sent us the wrong link. Indeed, the majority of them are either bad lighting, eyes closed, awkward facial moments, and out-of-focus. It's like they just pulled their SD chips out of their cameras, uploaded everything onto the server, and sent us a web-link. No vetting, sifting, or touch-up. And among all those reject photos, the key moment shots are not even there most of the time. Needless to say, we are very disappointed. Overall, we are pleased with the wedding video. We ended up going through it and saving stills to use as photos---it's sad, but the lighting and focus is better, plus they captured most of those key moments missing from the photos. We also gathered smartphone photos from attendees to fill in gaps. What a bummer though, ya know? We can't go back and redo our wedding day.

Absolutely phenomenal videography company!…read more I could not recommend Autumn Leaves Video Production more highly. From the very first conversation, their professionalism and creativity stood out. They didn't just show up with cameras -- they showed up with vision. We hired them for an event and they captured everything we hoped for and the moments we didn't even realize were happening. The footage is cinematic, crisp, and beautifully edited. They have an eye for detail and they understand how to tell a story through video without it feeling staged or forced. Communication was always fast and helpful, and turnaround time was faster than expected. What really impressed me was how they made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. Guests kept complimenting them all night. If you want a team that goes above and beyond, gets the perfect angles, and delivers a final product you'll be proud to share, this is who you call. I've worked with plenty of videographers before and Autumn Leaves is on a completely different level. I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know.

I was honestly surprised at how nice and helpful Nathan (the owner) was. He's incredibly knowledgable about photography and film, extremely accommodating, and just a cool dude. He helped me get everything that I needed worked with me and was also WAY CHEAPER than the competitors in the area. The other places in Denver I found either were quadruple the price of here or didn't have much to choose from. However, Doxica had everything that I needed for my shoot. I rented some DSLR's, a lav, transmitter/receiver, zoom audio recorder, Kino-flow kit and some C-stands (and they have a lot more to choose from). All the equipment was in pristine condition and he went through everything with me and explained how to use the sound equipment that I hadn't touched in years. I also forgot to add in C-Stands for my shoot and he threw them in for free. Then he gave me his cell phone number in case I had any troubles, to call him (I couldn't figure out the receiver and he answered and helped right away.) This was hands down the best rental house experience I've ever had (LA included). I don't normally do many Yelp reviews but I felt obligated to after having such a positive experience and hope other people do too and go here for their production needs. I'll definitely be back next time I shoot in Denver. Friendly service, great equipment, cheap prices, and a local business. No brainer.

This is exactly what a great event photographer should do. You didn't come to this review for 'event photographer' theory though did you? You came because life is good. Life is so good you want someone to photograph it, to memorialize it for the rest of time so you can always remember how good it was. But your good life is not just you and your best friends smiling your camera smiles in some stock pose. The photographer we hired from Selah, Jackie, gets well beyond that stuff and manages to capture some essence of what's important, unique, and timeless in the situation. So why listen to me? Because I hired a different company to take my photos the first time and was disappointed with the results. This gives me a standard of comparison (which is more than most people get.) Engaging Selah to take new ones after the fact was a great decision. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
