We were in charge of sponsoring the photo booth at the 2018 Dallas ADDY's Gala at The Bomb Factory on March 8, 2018. We wanted a combination of the "old school" 4 panel printed images along with the fun "new" open air photo booths. We found Let's Booth It through a Google search and from the start they were extremely easy to work with. They helped us great fantastic graphics and wraps for the backdrop and the camera booth itself. Bottom line, The photo booth was a great addition to the event. The set up and branding stood out from everything else. Everyone had fun taking pictures with their wigs, sunglasses and dress up items. Our wedding was on June 18, 2016. They came and set up exactly where I wanted them. The attendant that came to set up and assist with the Booth was amazing! He was very nice and professional to all of our guests. The photo booth was a great hit with our 300 guests. The only thing that I would change is the font color/writing on the photo strips. Had I known that the font color I picked would be too light and barely visible, I would have gone with a different color font. Overall we had a great experience with this photo booth company. This was my second time hiring Lets Booth It for a Graduation Celebration. The proposal was very reasonable and included many extras. The process was very organized from proposal, to strip creation, to the actual event. I really appreciated their organization and attention to detail. Erich arrived on time to set up (an hour prior to the event). He was friendly, helpful and stayed even a little beyond our time I noticed. I booked them for my daughter's bat mitzvah bc my friend used them last November and the photo strips and props were great. My reception was 12-3pM. The booth wasn't ready until 12:30 (even though we were contracted 12-3)which was terribly disappointing as the kids kept running over to use it and couldn't. Then I noticed the pictures were coming out very dark. I asked my cousin to tell the tech and suggest closing the blinds behind him, which he finally did, but they were still pretty dark. Since the event I have had several people ask me what was up with the photo booth and my friend Melissa who had a great experience asked me why we had so few props compared to hers. We also noticed the curtain in the background was partially open in many photos and off center.I emailed the company and found it it was our tech's first assignment ever. He then offered a $50 refund for the dark pictures and $50 refund for the late start. I hardly thought that was fair, however I accepted the $100 refund (out of the $450 total) which he said I'd see on my CC statement within a few days. This was August 27th and as of yesterday I still hadn't received it so I emailed. I just received an email confirming a $100 refund today. He did lighten the photos and I now have digital copies in much better quality,but it's not like I'm going to print them out and mail them to all of my guests. The service was reliable, fun and a good addition to my daughter's high school graduation party. The communication from the time of inquiry to final payment was very smooth. All questions were answered promptly, and they did a great job of connecting me to my contact person right away. They also did a nice job of custom designing the photo strip with our party logo, which added a nice touch. The technician had a little difficulty setting up, mainly because the computer needed to be rebooted, but he got someone on the phone right away and it didn't delay the opening of the booth.
