Auto owners beware ! Do not use this company for anything, especially repairs. I took my Buick there a few years ago because it was leaking anti freeze. I was told by the mechanic that I needed new cylinder heads. They held my car for 2 months to get the part and in the meantime, my car was broken into and my computer system stolen. In addition to that, I kept getting the runaround as to when the repair would be done. Finally, after approximately 8 weeks, my car was fixed and I get handed a bill for $2,500.00 plus tax. Having waited all that time and having my car broken into and I did not get any sort of break on the cost? Plus, the mechanic would not show me the crack in the part. Afterward, I took the car to a more reputable repair center and was informed that cylinder heads are about 2 inches of steel thick and don't just crack. The problem with my car was a worn out cylinder head GASKET. The part itself costs about $12 and the labor required is usually about 3 hours. Needless to say, this was the biggest automotive ripoff I've ever sustained in my life. I would never recommend this garage for any automotive need whatsoever.
Since this incident, I've purchased a Toyota and have it serviced only by the dealership who does a fantastic, reliable, and fairly-priced job. read more
