They claimed they had no record of my collection at all! When you arrive at the lab, there's no assistant to check you in, no one to guide you, and their phone line is useless -- no one ever answers. After all this, they still had the nerve to send me a bill to pay at home, even though I never got my results. This is by far the worst service I have ever received in my life. If you value your health, your time, and your sanity, avoid this place at all costs.

For the glucose test, I had to sit in the lobby for a couple hours. I thought it was a bit odd they had me sit in the lobby for it and not in a back room, but it was fine cuz I ended up being okay. The guy that took my blood each time was so nice and friendly. He was great! And did a great job finding my veins. Sometimes that can be hard cuz apparently I have small ones and when I'm fasting it's even harder haha. But he was really nice and encouraging. Fair warning, this place fills up pretty quickly, when I pulled into the parking lot at 6:30, there was already four or five people standing in line. I went in at 6:45 and the line was nine people deep. They're very prompt, and the doors opened right away at 7:00 a.m., and everybody lined up in front of the check-in kiosk. Process went pretty quickly and names were called right away to head back. I think I was seated for no more than 5 minutes before my name was called, they asked for driver's license and insurance card and then gave me a piece of paper and told me to head back. The ladies in the back were very nice and professional. Honestly? This was one of the most painless blood draws I've ever had. She was very skilled and made the process very simple. I had to give a urine sample, as they only have one restroom in the blood draw room. I had to go across the hallway, not a big deal, although I don't like wandering around with a cup of urine in my hand. But I went back in and dropped it into the little white basket and how it was on my way. Bottom line? I don't know about the other LabCorps in the area but this one is at the top of my list. Bonus points. It's in the same medical building as my doctor, so I can kill two birds with one stone when I need to. Need to get blood drawn and are a patient of that facility. You are in luck!

I have called my insurance on January before I even went into Labcorp and routine checkup(labwork)is covered. I double checked to insurance company and representative told me same thing as previous person did. Now I have to wait 1-2 weeks since my insurance is going to send mail about this matter. Hopefully that money bounces back into my card. I honestly cannot believe and how sneaky Labcorp and hospitals are with bills here in NV.

The employees gave excuses and tried to blame it on each complainant. I had already taken a picture before it disappeared. They even had another male seem incompetent and send him away without drawing his blood. I was brought back 45 minutes late, even though I was 12 minutes early. I spent the entire time in the waiting room. After I complained about not getting called back, I was eventually called. I explained my issue to the employee drawing my blood and told them that another woman in the waiting room was also skipped. Her appointment was also for 11:30, so she had to sign in as a walk-in and had to wait until 1:40 p.m. The employee asked me to point out the woman who was skipped. That employee brought her back after I explained what happened to her. This place always seems to have something going on.

I have called over 20 times in the last three weeks trying to obtain my sleep study results. Their phone system consistently redirects callers to voicemail, and despite leaving multiple messages, I have never received a follow-up call. The lack of responsiveness has made an already stressful medical situation even more difficult. During the sleep study itself, the environment was not ideal. The hallways echoed loudly with footsteps throughout the night--at times it sounded like someone walking in heels galloping down the hallway--which made it hard to sleep and distracted from the purpose of the study. Additionally, the adhesive used irritated my scalp for several days afterward. While that may not be entirely their fault, it's something future patients should be aware of. I want to be fair: booking the appointment was a great experience, and the process leading up to the study went smoothly. However, following up on results has been a painful and unresolved process, and that is a critical part of patient care. At this point, the one thing I would truly appreciate is transparent communication. Even a simple update or realistic timeline would go a long way. Until that improves, I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.

The place was super easy to find, located in the back of a medical complex, the sleep center of Nevada had plenty of parking, and was very easy to locate. I arrived at 9 :20, filled out my paperwork and got ready for the night. The staff there was excellent, very friendly, ready to answer questions and concerns, and made the experience very enjoyable. The room itself was fairly scarce, it had a dresser, nightstand, TV, and was outfitted with cameras. Get you completely wired up with all the sensors you need, it's time to go to bed. Now I get it. Sleeping somewhere else is never as comfortable as your own home, however, I will say that the mattress is there. We're very cushy and it was a overall comfortable experience. Would I rate this as a five-star hotel? No. Was it the worst hotel I've ever stayed in? No absolutely not. This was completely acceptable, clean and functional. Bottom line? If you're looking for a great place to get a sleep study done, I cannot recommend this more.

Both my experiences here were good. I got called back immediately both times I was here. Sure, it isn't the most friendly, but it's professional. I also like that it's pretty quick and I didn't have to wait long either time. I also appreciate the shopping center they are in. It's easy to get to and there are a lot of parking spaces.
