Frank Seeber himself came out fully prepared to discuss our new roof and explain the entire process. He had with him the brochures of several roofing tile companies. We wanted to change our white roof to a darker color and selected several tiles from 4 different companies. Frank said he would have samples of those tiles sent to us. The price quoted was very competitive. It included the cost of handling the permit process as well as providing the packages necessary for my two HOA's that I would then submit to the HOA for approvals. Frank also explained each phase of the roofing process, at what stage of the job city inspections would take place and the payments that would be made at various points during the installation. There was no pressure to make a fast decision. We told him if we went with him we would not want to start until after the holidays, about 2 months later. Frank said that would be no problem. He said to let him know. We were surprised 3 days later to receive large boxes of tile samples directly from the manufacturers. It was clear he had a good relationship with the manufacturers. We signed our contract in November and our work began in January. From Tear Down of our old roof to the final installation of our Eagle Capistrano Tile in Darker Sierra Madre, including all inspections and final approval, the process took 42 days. Everybody we worked with were Amazing. Jessica and Jamie in their main office were very professional, proactive and responsive. The various supervisors, John, Jose, and Fernando, in the field answered any questions, ensured the work site outside our home was clean every night when they finished and the quality of the work done was top notch. The workers clearly knew their respective jobs. They always were fully prepared for the City Inspector when he came out. The tiles passed the Engineering Roof Tile Uplift Test without any issues. Since we had our house repiped several years ago Supervisor John even went into our attic to ensure that the new pipes would not be near the roof plywood before they did any roofing work. As a note. Included with the job was several sheets of plywood and facia board. Any extra would have an additional cost. Our roof was 33 years old we expected more plywood was going to be needed then what was included. After Tear Down and review John told us he was surprised only 1 sheet of Plywood need to be change and a couple of feet of facia board. He said our original roof, though old, was done very well. No extra charge. We were impressed with their honesty. In closing, we are thrilled we chose Frank Seeber. They made the Roofing Process as easy as possible and they delivered an excellent product. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

You never photographed the plenum, you noted "minor repairs +/- 700 dollars. The drip tray was too small for the AC unit, you never noted that. The plenum was smashed in with mold growing on it. You never mentioned that. You noted "minor repairs." Every single duct and drop needed to be replaced. Due to the drip tray being to small the unit flooded my house within a week of me purchasing it. You then laugh and say not my problem when I tell you missed something. I am a disabled veteran, I used the Va loan to purchase this home. You guys are nothing but dishonest. When he got there he identified it was a crack in the shared wall between my unit and the adjacent unit. They were extremely courteous and punctual and wasted no time diagnosing the trouble areas. They were also the definition of thorough and prepared, even showing up with a Google maps aerial view of the house to mark and show areas to address. Although the focus was the leak, I had other questions and they were more than happy to show future areas to address if I wanted to. The actual repair went well, with again, being punctual (a Miami rarity) and taking care of the issue, including sourcing tiles that would fit and match the houses older style. In short, I couldn't recommend these guys enough and they are number 1 for our future roofing needs. Great service, great customer care, and a great price.

I originally meant to write this review after Canopy Roofing installed my concrete tile roof about…read more2.5 years ago, but better late than never! I had an excellent experience with both Luis and the entire Canopy team. Luis took the time to meet with me in person and make sure I saw all of the tile colors and samples before making my decision. He was communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, the end result was perfect, and the price was very reasonable. Recently, I had a leak coming from an area under a flat roof that Canopy had not installed. I contacted the roofer who had done that portion of the roof to help diagnose and fix the issue, but unfortunately had a very frustrating experience (which I reviewed separately). I immediately called Luis to see if he could offer any advice or point me in the right direction. Luis answered the phone right away and, almost THREE years later, remembered me and addressed me by name. Even though this wasn't a part of the roof Canopy had installed--and they don't even do TPO flat roofs--Luis immediately offered to come to my house and help me figure out what was going on. He spent over an hour with me, listening carefully to what had happened, getting up on the roof to investigate, and helping me systematically test different areas with a hose to try to identify the source of the leak. After we thoroughly investigated the issue, he even offered to help me get a quote for the repair through a partner contractor who specializes in flat roofs. I am incredibly grateful not only for the quality of Canopy's work, but for the exceptional and genuinely personal customer service. The fact that Luis was willing to spend so much time helping me with an issue that wasn't even related to the roof Canopy installed says everything about the kind of company they are. Their professionalism was present during the entire process. From discussing the project with Juan to setting up the process with July Cruz, who was always on target and in communication with me, was top notch. The crew worked an entire day until my new flat roof was completed. Everything was cleaned immediately and no mess was left. The crew is friendly and the foreman gave me feedback from time to time. The next day, Mauricio and a couple of workers waited about 6 or 7 hours for the inspector to arrive and sign off. I truly recommend Canopy. All paperwork was provided to me timely. The cost was within a couple of hundreds more from the other companies I consulted, but the quality and value for my money was another plus by choosing Canopy.
