They had someone available and at my door by 9am the next day. Gabriel Gonzalez was the technician and he was fast, friendly, and diagnosed my issue quickly. My unit was only 7-years old, but capacitor had gone out. Gabriel stated usually the capacitor goes out due to power surges or high amps being sent to the capacitor. Based on the age of the unit (2019 being relatively new) he suggested a servicing in the near future for a full diagnostic to determine if there's an bigger issue.
