5 star for great price! Luis is an honest man you enjoys his work. He explained everything before starting the work and gave me the best price for it. I do hope his employees are the same. I even added a tip because he was already off work and still he drove from another city to come and help me. Don't pay for overpriced service from other named plumbers. His cost for repairs was half of what I would've paid for. Truly Next Level Plumbing. Highly recommend! read more

We called Luis the owner and he came out the next morning and started the work immediately! He was completely honest, gave us a reasonable quote, Dug under our pool, and found the blockage. Took out the old nasty pipe, got the plumbing snake unstuck, cut into concrete and fixed the pipes, cleaned out the roots in the pipe and made a stressful situation something we could manage. I cannot tell you how relieved I am we were! Super grateful for Luis and his team! He is our plumber for life! read more

I was shocked at a high water bill. I thought it was a faulty meter. City officials came out to investigate. They found out I had a leak that was causing a high number of gallons to be spilling somewhere in my home. I could not verify where because I did not have water damage inside my home. I come to notice one side, on the outside of my home was always moist. So much so that a puddle was starting to develop. I reached out to a local plumber who arrived and did a small walk through and asked very minimal questions. After which, he said he would return after another job, but never did. I then contacted Luis, from Next Level Plumbing, he said he would come inspect the issue the next day, which he did, free of charge. He inspected all plumbing inside the house and performed a pressure test. The home was not holding pressure and would lose it rapidly. After he found the root of the problem, he said it was a leak under the foundation and it would be very expensive to repair. He also mentioned that due to the homes age, a slab repair could and would result with the same issue happening again in a different location. He suggested re-piping the entire home. He walked step by step as to what that would entail. Luis explained he would be using PEX to replace the existing copper pipes and how they would be running through the entire house. Of course this would require the techs from Next Level Plumbing to cut into the drywall, but he explained how he would repair the parts that needed to be cut out. Let it be noted, that they do offer a cost saving solution where the home does the drywall repair themselves. Luis ultimately gave me two quotes. One including the cost of him repairing the drywall and the other with us taking care of the drywall repair. The difference was minimal and saved by not having to miss a day or two of work. We agreed on the price for the repair and he gave us a date on when he and his crew would begin work. The date was only a day later. Once he began, he assured us the homes water delivery would go unaffected as he worked to remedy my problem. But, for such a big job the water was cut off for a brief period of time. Approximately we spent about three hours with no running water, which is very minimal. Luis also gave us a four day repair quote, which lasted exactly that. Next Level Plumbing completed the job on the fourth day around 2 PM. While repairing the homes damage, Luis and his crew worked tirelessly to finish the agreed upon timeframe. While working on the restroom plumbing, he noticed the entire drywall needed to be replaced, which he offered to fix. I agreed on the repair and he left it better than when the last person remodeled it. In total, he replaced the entire drywall in the restroom, one fourth of the kitchen drywall and a small section in one bedroom. He ran the PEX hose through the attic to get water supply to front of the house. Everyday after they were done working, Luis would give me the run down on what they had done during the days work. He is very informative and would bring up issues he would discover instead of trying to mask them to complete the job earlier. On the third day, he had finished dry walling everything that was agreed upon. On the final day, he installed the new hand sink and fixtures I had purchased. Again, he then gave me a rundown of the work he completed on the final day. I was beyond pleased with the work. He also stated he and his crew do more than plumbing. Luis mentioned he could and would be available to upgrade any part of the home we choose to remodel. Luis and Next Level Plumbing also offer more extensive home repairs. I am very happy and pleased with the repairs they performed. I no longer have a leak and my homes water significantly increased throughout the house. Next Level Plumbing is saved in my contacts and will definitely use their services again. read more

Luis, owner of Next Level Plumbing, was recommended by a friend. We had not met him before this work order. He is so honest, kind and very straight forward about his findings and solutions. He cleared a major blockage in our sewer line, showing us by pictures and video, every step of the repair. He spoke to us in layman's terms, helping us fully grasp the problem-to-solution journey. Even though we were strangers, his quote was very reasonable and it didn't change as the job progressed. I would highly recommend Next Level Plumbing to all friends, family and those reading this review. read more

Great service. He was able to take care of my dad's bathroom within 24 hours. Definitively recommend!!!

I needed to have a corroded toilet flange replaced, so I put out a request on Yelp. I was hoping to be able to get some bids and then choose a service provider. Luis was the only one who would come out and give an estimate for free. Others gave me a range quote without coming out, or would not come out without charging a fee. He came out same day. He was punctual, courteous, friendly, respectful, and provided excellent communication. He gave two options for the job, one to repair the flange and one to replace it. His quotes for each option were precise, and the best compared to the "guesstimates" I got from the others who would not come out. He offered to do the job same day, but that did not work for my schedule. He was extremely flexible in scheduling a return to perform the repair. He sent me a reminder check-in the day before. On service day he texted an hour before to let me know that he might be 10 or 15 minutes late, but then arrived right on time. He asked how my holidays were. He likes to chat, and seems genuinely interested on a personal level. He then completed the job as promised and was neat and professional. He kept me updated as he was working. As he was leaving, I told him that he was my guy any time I ever needed any plumbing work. I have never been so pleased and impressed overall with any service professional I have ever hired. read more
