Tod from Clovis Plumbing Services did a great job on installing a completely new hot water system which was complicated by the fact that it was connected to our solar hot water system. He was very responsive to our phone calls , gave us a very fair price and explained everything that he had done. He made sure it was ready to be inspected by the city, and in fact, it did pass on the first inspection. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing issues. read more

I was referred to Todd Dale around nine years ago by my handyman for a complex installation of a 100 gallon propane water heater. I had several plumbing contractors come out to look at it, however, they felt it was beyond their skill set. When I contacted Todd Dale, he came out with his daughter, Christian, who is also a plumber. They took on the project without any hesitation and did an excellent job at a very fair price. I needed my old 50 gallon propane water heater replaced recently. I didn't bother to waste time getting other bids. I knew that Clovis Plumbing Services would do a great job, and they did. It passed inspection from Fresno County on the first try. Lots and lots of nice hot water now. This is the only plumbing contractor I trust. read more

They're prompt, know what they are doing, super helpful, kind, and honest. They never try to take more money than is needed for the job. They're my go-to for plumbers! 10/10 read more

Clovis Plumbing is awesome! I called to get information about replacing my tankless water heater. Over the phone, Tod was able to give me great information. I sent him pictures of my unit and he was able to send over a quote right away. He was able to order and install the unit within two days. He fixed a mistake the builder of the house made to make my unit more secure. The total price was much less than a previous quote from another company. I would 100% recommend Clovis Plumbing and will be using them for future projects. read more

Did work that was not needed that didn't fix the problem. My husband ended replacing the valve and fixing the leak.

My mother-in-law needed a new water heater and, after calling a number of companies, I decided on this one because Tod took more time discussing the problem than any of the other companies. He seemed to really care about the work and his customers. Fast-forward to install - everything stellar. He and his daughter fixed all the weird things about the old install, and did it on time and with great manners. AND, to top it off, Tod took a video of the install and sent it to me so I could see all that they did. He explained everything in great detail. Since I live 200 miles away, I LOVED seeing that video. Great duo, great company. read more

I have written a review about Clovis Plumbing Service before but I feel that I need to share again what a great business they are. Tod and his daughter are a fantastic team. I enjoy doing business with them because they are professional, fair, caring and friendly. We had new granite installed and Tod gave us some great advice along the way. Once the granite was installed Clovis Plumbing had to re-do our plumbing for our new sink and installed the faucet and garbage disposal. It was a little challenging but they did such a great job and were timely. For all the businesses I have found on Yelp this has to be the BEST ONE I have found overall! They truly deserve 10 stars! Thank you Tod! : ) read more

we needed the cartridge behind the handle in the shower replaced. I called Lee's plumbing first, because Lee's had a $49. service charge which is about the lowest. They wanted $609, YES $609 just to change the cartridge. OUTREAGOUS!! I called Clovis plumbing, they were out the next day and did it, labor and parts included for 1/3 of Lee's wanted. The 2 people that came were very friendly, polite, clean and kept us informed all along the way. If I ever need any plumbing work in the future I will call Clovis Plumbing. read more

I cannot say enough positive things about Tod Dale and Clovis Plumbing Services! Hired him three times to perform work on our home - 2 pipe repairs and 1 water heater replacement. Contact him now - you won't regret it!! Clovis Plumbing Services is operated in the most up-front and trustworthy manner I've encountered in a very long time. Tod takes the time to answer all your questions, explain everything thoroughly, and put the decision making back in the customer's hands! He even makes YouTube videos on-site summarizing the work performed. In addition to all this, he takes the time to educate the customer in ways that really help out an occasional DIY'er like myself. I typically will not allow work to be performed on my property in my absence. However, with Tod Dale and Clovis Plumbing, they've earned my complete trust and confidence to do just that! read more

Clovis Plumbing is amazing! I found them through Yelp. Todd was quick to respond. I had an urgent request to do plumber repair.. Todd and his daughter were very timely, super responsive and the repair work was done for a reasonable price. Todd also followed up with an email to send the receipt and shared video of how the plumbing issue was fixed. Great business people right from our neighborhood! Our water heater began leaking from the bottom and needed to be replaced. This happened on a Sat. Tod was able to give me a quote and setup a time to come first thing Monday. Honest and reasonable. He's the one to call if you have any problems. I live in a 1965 house, tackling plumbing problems in an old house can be a pain in the butt, but Todd can do it ! read more

Our family is very thankful for Tod and Clovis Plumbing Services, and if you are ever in a similar spot, or just need to make improvements or additions for your plumbing needs, their expertise, thoroughness, and service are unparalleled. Highly recommended. We were in a bad spot. The water heater had unceremoniously stopped working on a long weekend, and with two kids at home, going without hot water was not a luxury we could afford. We called Tod, and he responded right away. He worked with us to find a solution that worked (again, on a long holiday weekend) and was there the next morning to do the install for us. Our job wasn't as simple as swapping out the water heater either, as we found there had been a considerable amount of mold growth. Tod took care of it, demolished everything he could safely, then got to work installing our new tankless heater. Because we were going from a tank to tankless system, multiple lines needed to be moved, and with the wall still open in places to contain the mold growth, most would have simply fixed up a temporary solution. Tod found a way to get us permanently hooked up and still allow for drywall to be replaced after the mold was taken care of without disturbing our hot water. Clovis Plumbing Services will always be our first call when we need work done right. read more

Tod was AWESOME!! I've used his incredible services twice. In February I called him because something was leaking in my kitchen. He came out the very next day, examined the sink area, and broke down the issue very clearly to me. He gave me extremely fair and up front costs and expectations and called 2 other contractors out to solve the issue. (One to snake the line and another for drywall). Then, we recently used his service once again because our sink was leaking. My father tried to fix it (bless his heart, it didn't work out so well), but I called Tod, and he was out the very next morning again!! He replaced the sink, fixed the leak, AND fixed the new leak coming from the garbage disposal. He has been consistently efficient, nice and fast! I would highly recommend his services for any job you need for your home or business. read more

We recently purchased a home in Fresno and wanted to update two of the water heaters. Todd showed up on time on 4/19 and Quoted for 1 thankless and one regular water heater. As of 5/4/18 I still don't have the agreement on my hand and here are few items that have gone wrong: 1- Right before scheduling the service on 5/4/18 I was informed that price of tankless has gone up since a bigger unit should be used. When the property is already looked at in person Such increases are weird. Just to put in perspective, we have purchased a very large home contractor increasing the price after they looked at the place and quoted and right before they start. It is just not a comfortable feeling to wonder if you have a bigger home means you should be charged more since you potentially have more money! 2- After these many days and couple weeks before the party we are preparing for He just informed me we are not the owners of the place!!! This property is recently purchased and I have no clue what not up to date website is used for such determination (copy of grand deed was texted to him) and why we need to wait almost a month to hash this out!! while I could just hire someone else right from the get go and wasted all this time! I am willing to update my review based on any factual feedback I get. read more

I had Tod come out on 5/29/18 to do some work that the lazy bums at Home Depot refused to do when they came out on May 19th to install my dishwasher. Tod was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of his profession and explained everything in full detail. He installed a garbage disposal, a kitchen faucet and a bathroom faucet for me and at very reasonable prices compared to Home Depot. Tod even made two trips to Home Depot for me for parts we needed and then proceeded to order the necessary parts for my dishwasher to be installed on Friday, something the guys at Home Depot, where I purchased the product refused to even life a finger on. This is one of the best men I've had the honor of meeting and very much appreciate all of his help in this situation that has caused me many sleepless nights. I can now rest much easier with Tod's help. I could not possibly recommend anyone higher than Tod and Clovis Plumbing Services. This is a man you can trust 100%. He will be my plumber until the day he retires. Thank you very much for all your help, Tod. Awesome work. Five stars is not nearly enough. A solid gold star is what is needed for gentleman like this! read more

This is the fourth time we've used Clovis Plumbing services, always a pleasure! Tod and Christian made short work of the kitchen faucet replacement, explaining things to me as it went along. Very prompt and courteous. I'll be calling soon for that water recirculating pump. read more

I am very happy with Clovis Plumbing installing a new water heater (1/28/23). Tod told me which brands had better repair records so I could make the right choice. He upgraded all shut off valves and connectors from what I had so it will last longer without problems. He was timely, very professional, very courteous, and well prepared. He explained what he was doing and why. I felt respected as a customer and well taken care of. He will be my go to plumbing service and he has already done a second job for me which could be another 5 star review. read more

Can't say enough about using local businesses and in this case kudos to Clovis plumbing. Had an emergency in the garage, hot water heater was leaking. I called CLOVIS Plumbing Services and they weren't able to get someone out soon enough but was extremely helpful and gave me two other places to call. Tod is as good as it gets. He's friendly, efficient, respectful and a great guy. His prices are fair but I've learned the hard way in plumbing that you don't want the cheapest guy, you want the best and that's worth paying for. Tod quite simply does awesome work. Plus he's available, appraochable, comes out for emergencies or weekends, and is happy to help and share his vast experience to help out his clients over the phone. I purchased a new house in Clovis last year and Tod has come out to fix toilets, plumbing, and water heater leaks. Top quality job every time and also does the "little things" to upgrade and update fixtures and items that the builder just patched over or clearly cut corners on. Tod is also awesome at brand new install and remodels! I've used him for my whole kitchen remodel and my new downstairs bath. Beautifully installed toilets, showers, faucets, and works really well with my other contractors to set the plumbing where they need for a perfect tile and drywall job too. His attention to detail and care for his work is top tier, and I can't rave enough about his service. Do yourself a favor. Avoid the big companies and ditch the fly by night cheapos.....just work with Tod and you'll be completely satisfied. I never thought I would build a "long term" relationship with a plumber, but hell, I just did. :-) Thanks Tod! read more

Clovis Plumbing Services - Changed our life...I now take the best showers of my life. Thank You - Plumbing Near Me - Fresno, California

I had a wonderful experience with Tod and Clovis Plumbing services. My water heater has been working fine but it is close to 20 years old. I wanted a Bradford White natural gas conventional water heater since it is the last company with US-made products. Tod was extremely responsive via Yelp messaging and came over to give me an estimate. He is very thorough and detail oriented as he walked me through the job and replacement. The price wasn't the cheapest (it was 2nd cheapest), but I went with Tod because of how careful he was. Tod installed the water heater quickly and I haven't had a problem since. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Support local and family-run Clovis Plumbing Services! read more

Super happy with this team! Very professional, and client- focused! Highly recommend.

Water heater broke. Called a few places become stumbling onto Tod and found them unhelpful - no one had any available appointments or was particularly friendly. Thankfully after calling Tod, he came by within the hour and was able to fix the problem on site in less than 30 minutes. He was graceful, helpful and very knowledgable, and went out of his way to explain what happened. It seems difficult to find quality, honest people in this field, and I am definitely never calling anyone else! read more

We were right in the middle of moving, and as soon as I unhooked my washing machine lines, the valve broke. Damnit..!! Water running and I couldn't shut the valve off..! Had to shut off the whole house down. I jumped on Yelp, and called Tod at Clovis Plumbing, on a Saturday afternoon, and he said he'd be there within an hour. Who does that anymore. He actually ANSWERED the phone!! Amazing. Tod showed up with all the parts, installed a new Washer Box, and was done in an hour and a half. Unbelievable service. I cannot recommend Clovis Plumber enough. Tod is AWESOME..!!! This is a number you keep in your phone. Thank you Tod. You saved me hours of grief. Much appreciated. read more
