This was a 2 day project using the 1st day to remove the old system and seal ducts and day 2 to install and test the new system. They arrived on time with all the necessary parts and equipment to handle any potential problems. During the duct sealing process, it was determined that the existing duct structure had the equivalent of a 25.8 square hole. After sealing, this was reduced to the equivalent of a 2.3 square inch hole. IMPRESSIVE ! The new system was installed per plan and has been running well for over a month which includes one or two 90 degree days. It is so quiet that one can hardly hear it. The 3 man team were very personable, neat, efficient and explained things clearly as work progressed. If you need a CAC system, call Besson 1st before anyone else

My boiler blew out in January 2016. I had several companies come over and give me estimates. I…read morereceived estimates between $3500-$7000. I wanted to go with a reputable, established company and not necessarily with the cheapest. I wanted a job well done with a company who would stand behind their installation and service their product. A neighbor suggested Orange Energy which I had never heard of. His friend had just had a boiler put in by them and was very pleased, so I gave them a call. After talks regarding my boiler problem, scheduling, pricing and which unit would be suitable for my home size, I hired them. On February 23 their installer Jim and his assistant Adam arrived at my home promptly at 8 o'clock in the morning when they said they would. The boiler was delivered to my home shortly before 10 o'clock in the morning. I must admit that when I first saw it, I was a little concerned because it was smaller than my previous one. My home is 1582 ft.² with a previous crown boiler with a maximum heating capacity of 119,000 btu's. The new boiler is an Williamson OWT-3-T-S2 with a maximum heating capacity of 114,000 btu's. After expressing my concerns to Jim, he assured me that this boiler is more than adequate for my home size and will heat my entire home and provide adequate hot water, so I allowed the install. The day began with Jim and Adam doing piping work, taking measurements and removing the old unit. I asked Jim to please use caution on my floors when removing the old unit as they are ceramic tiles and he did so. After doing a dry fit of the unit, he called me over to make sure I was pleased with its new placement in my tight laundry/boiler room combo. They returned the next day to do the actual install which included re-arranging some pipes, cleaning out the chimney vent, installing the burner and other various parts. Upon completion of the install, the boiler was fired up and minor adjustments were made such as water temperature. Jim showed me the final job completed and explained the various working components. Throughout the entire two days they were here, I would periodically check up on the work being done and would ask questions. Jim was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. He explained the functions of the various valves, showed me where the low water cut off sensor is, the manual heat distribution and other components. Admittedly, I was in the way quite a bit but Jim and Adam never made me feel like I was being a nuisance. I had many questions along the way and they stopped and answered everything with patience and in detail. (He gave me a crash course in boiler 101.) After the install was complete, Jim cleaned up the entire area and took any remaining pipes and packaging materials with him. He explained the warranty to me and provided me with a copy of the warranty and the homeowners booklet. Unlike other companies I had considered including a well known big name company, I never felt as if they were trying to sell me something I did not need, Everything was explained to me in concise, clear detail. The estimate I was given for the job was the price I paid and not a penny more. They even worked with me on a payment plan. Needless to say, I am very very pleased with Orange Energy and the service they provided, as well as the professional job done by their installer Jim and his assistant Adam. They service the unit as well as provide oil delivery. I highly recommend that anyone who needs a boiler, oil delivery or even servicing of their existing unit contact Orange Energy as they will not be disappointed.
