We did have to wait a little longer than we might have at some other places, but when we think about the personal attention and service that we received it totally makes sense why they do get busy and why we had to wait a little bit. Every customer got the same level of attention and care and that was really nice to see. I also have to give them high marks for actually taking the time to really look at what you're asking for and they will let you know if it's not a good idea due to your anatomy. My wife wanted a new daith piercing or a tragus and two folks in the shop really looked at her ears closely and advised that it wasn't a good idea because there wasn't enough cartilage there even though that might mean that we left without getting anything. Not a lot of shops will do that. Fortunately my wife had some other piercings on her wish list so we got a different ear piercing that she is very happy with. They really listened to and helped her get a piercing that she was very happy with. So, yeah. I would definitely recommend Fox Labyrinth to anyone looking for anything piercing related. Their staff really knows their stuff and that's a great thing to see when you're doing something on your body. They do get busy so don't go expecting to be in and out in 20 minutes (although it might happen from time to time), but be assured that the quality of the service, their attention to hygiene, and their willingness to help you get something that you'e happy with is definitely worth it. We were both really impressed with how well run their small shop was and I am positive we'll be back for future piercings down the road.

Was looking for a piercer I could trust but also wasn't looking to wait a month for an appointment…read more I'm the type of person that when I decide to do something, I look for it to be done sooner. This way instead of waiting for my appointment I'm already healing. The decor in this place is really cool, it's less of a clinic setting and more of a fun experience. They have cases of jewelry and art, most of it local. This was nice to enjoy while waiting for my piercer to set up the room. He was great about having such a clean and welcoming area where he marked and allowed me to approve the spot, then proceeded to do a top quality job at piercing, and walking me through care steps. The appointment I had ended with him sharing his contact information and telling me to feel free to call him or the shop with any questions or concerns as well as letting me know if I needed any help with retainers for medical procedures or anything they were always willing to help their customers. Other shops locally take weeks to get in and seem too busy to truly address their clientele, these guys are worth the visit.

He finally gets the spot right and I say " thank you that's it " I assume he felt like I was trying to be rude which was funny considering that I only wanted my piercing to be placed correctly . He says " OH YOUR ONE OF THOSE GIRLS " and goes to the back. Where he tells the receptionist to refund .....I walk to the front where at this point I'm telling this guy that just because I made him make ( 2) adjustments for my likeness, he now is refusing my service . (UNPROFESSIONAL) ....I'm now back to the stoned receptionist who starts telling me " she's not the one " I seriously looked and lol to myself Anyways I demand my refund and this lady is now trying to aggravate me by telling me " THE ARTIST IS THE NICE ONE AND TO NOT TRY HER " " SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHEN MY REFUND " lol again. Anyways I simply tell her that I will simply wait for my refund and I leave . Moral of this rant. $5 pricing gets you $5 service . Lesson learned. Space was clean, well-prepared, and the owner/piercer showed concern which helped my worry feel heard. They may not have said much but they took care of me and assured what I was doing had been good so far. I highly recommend even if you just want to get some beautiful jewelry.
