That can be hit or miss, but in this case, it was a huge HIT. I was blown away at their professionalism and attention to detail ! I brought in a design I wanted, but the artist, Duce, needed to research it more to create a perfect stencil. That took about 2 hrs. Some people might've gotten impatient, but I was very thankful he went the extra mile to ensure it was perfect. After all, this thing is permanent ! Once we got rolling with the actual tattoo'ing process, he explained everything in detail and was very patient with questions. There was no wait, the intake was very quick and organized. The establishment is incredibly clean, and Paola was the best! She was fanatastic to chat with and took extra time with each of us to ensure that we were satisfied with placement. She was so fun and sweet, she even allowed us all in the same room together as some of us were a bit nervous. We were all incredibly happy with the end result and were given instructions to clean and upkeep and when to return to downsize! Highly recommend this place for piercings, all together the three of us got earlobe piercings, a helix piercing, and a conch piercing. I watched him go over the same lines over and over and over again as if he was just extending the time. Canceled on me twice and didn't advise until I got there. It took almost a full calendar year to complete, then he still said "I wont charge you this last session, just tip me and we're good". It was the final touch ups.
