All done by the owner and staff themselves, you can see they are very meticulous to detail. Although there are great artists there, I've been with Chicago since 2020. It's not like any other tattoo shop I've been to before. There's a process and Chicago is loyal to the process. He first seeks to understand and then he seeks to be understood.
