Bought 4 lights for $149.68 off a Facebook ad. When they arrived 1 did not work, 2 stopped in two…read moredays and the 4th went back when I returned them. I had complained early on that I could get them cheaper from Amazon so they refunded me half which was $73.84. But I still had non working lights so sent all 4 back. Had to argue with them to get the other half back as their practices are that if they give you half your stuck with the other half, working or not. I would not recommend LuminaBright to anyone, they are made in China and inferior to say the least. The reviews I had read are terrible and wish I had read them first. (They did refund me the other half minus the shipping after a lot of arguing)

I paid over $175 for the lights and contacted their support department. They told me I needed to take the units apart, clean off the battery contacts, replace the battery and it should work. My review is long overdue, but here we go. I've had Mike and his team at Grotberg Electric do a…read morenumber of jobs for me in the past 18-months. They were recommended from another electrician who was booked out for 6-months. The big install was the installation of a Generac stand-by generator last October 2021. When Costco and other vendors couldn't find a stand-by generator for at least 3-4 months, Grotberg Electric was able to locate one and installed it in one day. The install was first rate and the customer service was 5-STAR. Over the past two days, we had power outages due to high winds. In both cases, the stand-by generator kicked-on as soon as the outage occurred and cut-off as soon as power was restored. The generator turned-off literally seconds before my text alert from Avista arrived to notify me that power was restored. I recommend Mike and his team at Grotberg without hesitation, and I give them my highest rating.

I had never used Scotty's previously and called them because they were nearby. I was happy that a person answered the phone and was able to set up an appointment for me for the following day. Two techs arrived the next day within the time period given and quickly went about replacing a fluorescent light fixture. They were very fast and efficient and did a good job. I feel that the service was a bit overpriced given the simplicity of it and the fact that it didn't take very long to complete it, but their prices are probably competitive with other companies around here. I will definitely call them again when needed.
