Sara was fantastic. Very professional and accommodating. We had some very complicated issues with our insurance, and had to retitle a vehicle as well. All confusing, and if you don't have everything exactly right when you go to the DMV, you've wasted your time, because they won't help you! Wayyy overpriced !!! We contacted this company because we have lost one of the titles to one of our company trucks. They seemingly never pick up when called so we left messages and finally talked to them after 2 days. We spoke to a Sara. To duplicate our title and to complete the papers to send off to Carson City she quoted us $330!!! She pointed out that this did not include any DMV fees, just her charge to fill out the forms. She stated her normal fee was $230 to fill out the forms but since we wanted this expedited it would be an extra $100. We contacted the DMV and the true charge to expedite this transaction was only $20. We strongly believe that $330 to fill out about 15 minutes worth of paperwork is outrageous. Our company will not be using DMV Time Savers. FOLLOW UP!!! The very next DMV service we telephoned quoted us $120 for the duplicate title and that includes ALL the DMV fees! Over 66% less than DMV Time Savers. A strong indication that Time Savers is WAYYY overpriced. In response to Sara's reply: DMV advised us yesterday that duplicate titles are sent to Carson City and there is no need to take them to the local DMV. In our request it was made very clear there was no need for any trips to pickup any paperwork. Bottom line, two or three forms need completed and then mailed. We have been in the auto business for 35 years and your rates are the most outrageous we have ever heard of. Let the general public be forewarned: There are much more reasonable DMV agencies out there. read more
