I paid an additional $150 for same-day service on top of the DMV fees and was told I'd have my plates no later than 11am earlier today. Not only did I not receive them on time, but every time I called to check in, they hung up on me. I even went to the office in person, only to find out the lady with my paperwork had just barely left when I got there at 2pm [an entire day late] when I specifically paid for same-day service YESTERDAY. On top of that, the man working there [tall and balding] was extremely disrespectful, even telling me I'm "not an adult" when I addressed him politely and respectfully. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They took my money, didn't provide what I paid for, wasted my time, and disrespected me in the process. As someone in the military, I even took two days of leave to handle this. Now, this business completely wasted that valuable time. IF YOU LIKE BEING SCAMMED come here there is so much I could say but the photo I have attached will say it all for me this guy young Hispanic dude looked me straight in my face after I asked him why the amount they were charging was so high and stated that the Nevada DMV is charging me 1280 sumn $ to register my new vehicle which included a 75$ service fee I asked for a print out to have a receipt of the amount then went to AAA insurance where the actual Nevada DMV told me I could go to get my car registered because I couldn't gt a appointment at the Nevada DMV before my car needed to be registered and was able to register my car at AAA insurance company and get new plates for 784$ half the price the guy at DMV services was trying to charge me mind you they do not do refunds I'm so happy I did not use their services I posted this review because I wanted others to know go somewhere else this is a scam !!! I called to verify they do notaries was told they do and would be available until 6 PM. I showed up one hour later to get my mortgage loan paperwork notarized and they told me the notary had left for the day. This was after I told the gentleman I was on the way to the office to get my paperwork notarized. They then tell me that they don't notarize Mortgage lending paperwork. I have never heard of a notary, choosing what they notarize or not. Wasted time, wasted gas, and now I still have to find a notary. read more

The DMV seriously need to think about how they move forward with dealing with customers in in-person as well as on the phone. I don't know about any other state I can only speak on Las Vegas and the DMV in Decatur the soonest you can get an appointment is a month away and it's not even March 1st yet March 29th is the soonest that you can get an appointment and to see someone without an appointment is Saturday and that's not guaranteed either way. when did they find it appropriate to take away the handicap line for those that are deaf those that are disabled and drive what is going on who is running the DMV overseas that's who I need to speak to, just because you may fast do not mean that you have the customer service they truly lack in it. read more

This place used to be great before Ana left. Customer service was on point and services were highly efficient. Now, it seems like the staff is not on the same page. It is 9:14am and the office is still not opened. Two customers are waiting by the door. We were told our plates would be ready in 3-5 business days. It actually took 8 days, which is fine but we had to keep calling to find out. Every time we called, they had different answers. It is 9:19 and someone is finally unlocking the door. While I understand that times are a bit different, customer service is everything. Also, we went because they said we would get some of our late registration fees waived with a notarized paper. Come to find out today, none were waived. So why did we waste our time going here when we live on the other side of town? Won't come here again. read more

My big brother referred me to this place and the first time everything went as expected so I took another vehicle here to get it registered. They told me it would be about 7-10 business days which is about what the first vehicle took. 2 weeks later on a Friday at about 4pm they call me and tell me there is an issue with the title and they need a lien release, so I go back get the paperwork and have to wait til Monday to start to get it situated. By Wednesday I call it quits with this car and take another title for a different vehicle to get registered. Again they tell me 7-10 business days and I say ok and go on. About a week later they call me and tell me again that they need a lien release, 2 days later I drop off the lien release and wait for their call. After about a week and a half of waiting I tried calling them and they just let the phone ring until I finally hang up, tried calling about an hour or 2 later and same thing. This continued for about a week when I finally got someone on the phone and she told me that she has to check her email and she will call me back, no call back was received. So for the next week same thing with the no answer. Finally yesterday after 3 weeks I get someone on the phone that told me that it would be about another week before my plates are ready. This afternoon I got a phone call from them and they said my plates are ready because they had their supervisor expedite them and they said that I still owed them for the first car that they did NOT register. If they would've had a more professional communication standard I would not be writing this but I feel like everyone should know that if you expect them to keep you updated on what is going on then do not go to this place. I will not be returning and I still have a couple vehicles to take care of but I will go waste my time at the DMV before I give this place another dime. read more

I just wanted to send a shout out to DMV Services on N. Decatur Blvd. I had my back license plate stolen not sure when but I noticed it on 7/8/20. I right away went to the regular DMV to schedule an appt and the next available appointment would have been the end of August. So I found fast DMV I called to see if they handled my kind of situation and yes, they did. I was told I needed to file a police report first so on 7/8/20 I filed the report I took it to them they said 3-5 business days. I was like okay it's better than a month and a half. I had a voicemail on my phone the next day at 4pm when I woke telling me my plates were there that was 7/9/20. I picked up my plates today 7/10/20 Julie was Super Cool. So, a day and half cost me $45.00 but it was well worth it. I suggest this place highly if you don't want to be stressed out @DMVNV. read more

I'm giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star because there was an issue with my sons registration and they failed to contact us to address the problem. It was an easy fix and could have speed up the process a if we knew about it. We waited I think eight or nine business days thinking everything was fine and when we contacted them and found out about the problem then it added some days onto the wait but other than that it was a great transaction. They were very fast when we first got there to start the process and she was nice and professional. The DMV told us my son would have to wait or basically camp out at the DMV from the night before just to be seen as a walk-in and or try and get an appointment that would be two or three months away. Their services are priced well and if you dread going to the DMV I highly recommend their services! Other than the communication mixup they're great!!!
