Two months after we called them again, we had to remove piles of cement from our backyard. They came the same week and we had the same experience as the first time! Being that I do not live at the location I needed the dumpster, I found that to be quite inconvenient because I live 45 min away. On top of that, the time window was from 8am to 12:00pm. We reached the location at 8:00am and waited till noon, but there was no call, so I called the company and the operator said the driver is on his way and will be there in 15 min. What ever happened to my 30 min warning and they still failed to show up during the 4 hour window they promised. The dumpster finally arrived around 12:30pm, but that doesn't cut it in my book. Anyways, after the dumpster arrived, was able to fill it up and have it picked up the next day with no issues.
