THEY CALLED ME BACK! Out of the ten or so companies I reached out two, I didn't hear back from most of them, had an odd conversation with one, and one didn't do the sort of project I needed done. So our house had an extension built on by someone's cousin who may have seen a Youtube video on it once, and now we're dealing with a whole slew of issues that need addressing. They have a lot of projects lined up, so they have a bit of a waiting list, but we were able to have our issues inspected and we're getting an estimate soon on the repairs.
