I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only thing worth mentioning is that wait times can be a little long. However, I see that as a reflection of how much patients trust this practice. The waiting room is full for a reason! When it comes to your eyes and your vision, you don't want to settle for average care. You want experienced professionals you can trust, and this team delivers. If you're looking for an eye doctor who takes your vision seriously and provides outstanding care from beginning to end, I highly recommend this practice. The quality of care is well worth the wait! A good friend recommended DLV and so I made an appointment and went to see if they could persuade me to hand over my vision to them, I was very skeptical because my vision was bad but not bad enough to be desperate for lasik. So anything less than an excellent result would have been a problem for me. From intake, to the initial exams, to the amazing closer/administrator Diana, the process was INSANELY human and warm and detailed. I saw so many specialists (surgeon, ophthalmology, optometry, lenses, etc) They made me feel completely in control, spent hours with me, gave me all the options and explanations I needed to feel fully comfortable moving forward. They even pushed forward my secondary screening to the same day so I could schedule the surgery for the soonest possible date. In the end my vision is exactly what was promised if not better. LASIK is not a cure all for 20/20 near and far, it has trade-offs, and Dr Dougherty explained all of these perfectly and exactly what he said would happen came true. I chose monovision to try and reduce the chances of or delay needing reading glasses. The monovision KICKS ASS. I can see my phone close up and perfect 10/20 far vision at the same time! Anyways, highly recommend. Top notch people, top notch process. Thank you DLV!

When it came time for cataract surgery several years ago, and after seeing the surgeon my husband had gone to, I knew I needed a different practice. A dear friend recommended Dr. Davidson, and I'd heard other good things about him, too. He ended up doing my surgery and it went smoothly with great results. What a feeling of liberation to be free from glasses! Not sure why I didn't leave a review at the time. I will admit that the offices in T.O. near Los Robles are very busy. That might be off-putting for some. The staff does their best to still make it feel like a personal healthcare experience. I saw several providers there and supporting techs, with Dr. Davidson doing the initial consultation and laser surgery. I have my own long-time optometrist who saw me for follow up care at another practice. It was he who confirmed that it was time for a follow up "tune-up" of one of my lens implants. Over the past four years some cloudiness had formed, which isn't unusual. Back to Dr. Davidson to confirm that a Yag laser quick procedure should fix me right up and back to clear vision. The most challenging part of this process was having my eyes dilated for the exam, and then a second day for the actual procedure. It takes a while for my eyes to return to normal. Yesterday I had the Yag zapping, and it was extremely fast and I didn't feel a thing. Even leaving the clinic with heavy sunglasses on I could tell right away that a positive difference had been made. Dr. Davidson did his magic again! Today I am really enjoying my improved vision.

She owes me a $175 refund and is avoiding me. This is ridiculous! I had my initial eye exam April 17, 2025 and did not receive the correct lenses until June 25,2025. Twice they were made wrong. Just this alone is reason enough to avoid this place, but her lack of ethics and no customer care makes this one of the worst places I've done business with. When I ask the ladies in the office who owns this place they won't give me their info and say Leti is the manager...and she handles customer service issues. Well who holds Leti accountable if the owners can't be contacted? Well I hope they read it here. Stay away from this place! Take your hard earned money elsewhere! I warned Leti in messages I'd give her an opportunity to reach me before I left any reviews... it took 4 weeks of no return calls to get me to this point.

I was looking for a new optometrist since my previous one had moved and luckily I chose Dr. Feldman…read morerandomly out of a list of providers that accepted my vision insurance. It was such a good decision! My first interaction with his office was with his receptionist over the phone who was so kind and friendly! She got me an appointment quickly and was thorough about checking to make sure my insurance would be accepted by their office. It's my pet peeve when medical offices don't make sure that you aren't going to waste your time going to their office when they don't accept your medical insurance. When I arrived at the office it was the same receptionist I spoke with on the phone and she was just as friendly in person as she was on the phone. For me, the front office staff is always a reflection of the doctor who runs the office and there is nothing worse than arriving at a medical office for the first time and encountering a front office person who is rude or unfriendly. Luckily, she was the opposite! I barely waited at all when Dr. Feldman came out to greet me and invited me into the exam room. He was so personable and right away I could tell that he was going to be a kind and sweet person. He asked me a lot of questions about my eye history and was very thorough in his explanations in everything. He took much more time out to speak to me than most other optometrists I've ever been to. What struck me the most was his care for my financial comfort and giving me options to better fit my budget. Rather than pushing a more expensive contact lens brand or pressuring me to order glasses right then and there, he was very informative about my options and at no point did I feel pressured to buy anything. Almost every optometry practice I've ever been to has made me feel this way at some point or another. But Dr Feldman was only concerned about my eye health and what good practices I should get better at as far as my contact lens use goes. All in all, I've found my new optometrist! He was honest, kind, caring, informative and I am so glad I found him! If you are someone who is slightly nervous in medical settings, like me, and absolutely need your docs to have good bedside manner to feel ok, then trust me, go with Dr Feldman!
