Called Wednesday for an appointment, scheduled it for Friday at 10:00 am. 7:00 pm Thursday I receive a text stating "I'm afraid we can't make it tomorrow." Tried texting multiple times after this cancellation to figure out when we can reschedule and why they were cancelling. 3 text messages went unresponded to.  I'm going to go out on a limb and say that I think the reason they flaked is because they're located in Hesperia yet are advertising on Craigslist in SAN DIEGO CITY. Hmm... Doesn't seem like a great business model, especially if you don't want to drive that far.  Two stars because apparently they do good work (from reading their other reviews) but I won't get to find out. read more

Ozzie is THE BEST! His level of professionalism surpasses any expectation. Not only that, he has the best customer service. He makes you feel important and he is very honest, communicates extremely well, cares about doing the best job and is so nice! He responded to my text right away and explained the cost, the details of the job and the services he will provide. We found a time that worked for both of us and he made this happen IN ONE DAY. The table I bought was custom and had an additional ball return piece that he had to figure out how to take apart from the rest of the table. He was very careful with the felt and took everything apart, marking it and carefully putting it away. He was so nice and so hard working. We spent a lot of hours together and he worked non-stop. He put the table together, adviced us on position in the livingroom...plus leveled it and made it ready for play right away. If you want to move a pool table, OZZIE is your guy! Had a horrible experience. I had spoken to Ozzie mid week and scheduled a pick later that week for a pool table, gave him all the information that was need. The pick up was scheduled for the morning at 10am. On the day of the pick up he was a no show, I had called/ left voicemails thru out the day trying to figure out was going on no answers. It wasn't til later in the evening (about 7 hrs after the scheduled pick up time) I finally heard back; it was excuse after excuse he had an employee call off his truck broke down he couldn't get to the phone. WON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS OR TEXT. I hired Ozzie to come put my pool table together a few months ago and noticed that it was off level after playing a few times so I had been trying to reach him ever since (i wasn't in a rush). I even offered to pay for his expenses and offered to pay the same fee again just to get my table going again, no response to that as well. Finally after three months I ran out of patience. I decided to try to level it myself with the help of a friend. We tried making a slight adjustment and ended up popping the seam of the slates (Not good). I hired another gentleman and he pointed out the reason the slate came loose apparently was because too many shims were used and the screws didn't have enough thread to properly lock in the slates to the frame. Frame should've been properly leveled to begin with and other adjustments made to reduce shim use. So now i have a good working pool table but not before paying twice for assembly, the embarrassment of telling my guests that the table was not playable and lost time trying to get Ozzie to come back out. Oh and he still advertises on CL that he does work all over SoCal. Not cool. read more

The owner was very detailed in ensuring that we received the services we needed, and he was very communicative. He showed up on time, early in fact,to disassemble my pool table. He was extremely thorough in packaging for the move, making sure no piece of the table would get wet from the rain, or damaged from the ride. His prices are very fair, and the assembly was seamless. Ozzie replaced the felt on our pool table from green to slate gray and leveled our table. We had asked him about replacing the bumpers but he told us they were still good. I had to move a pool table from Fountain Valley to Cypress. I called so many pool table movers who advertised in the Craigslist and Ozzie was my last contact. He offered me a best deal. I couldn't get any cheaper from any other pool table movers. Since his price was the lowest, I had doubted on his quality of service or I was thinking he may not show up on time. We scheduled for last Wednesday between 4:30 - 5:00 pm. He showed up at 5:10 pm. I don't blame him because he had to come down from Fontana during the rush hour.
