On the 28th of December I went to the DKNY store at 27 Old Bond street. All the male staff were very polite and willing to help when needed, except one female employee with short blond hair at the male semi female sale department.
When asked if an item was available in different sizes or colour, she simply replied 'no'. When asked if there are more DKNY stores, which might have those items. She just said 'no' without even checking. When I asked her: doesn't Westfield also have a DKNY store? Can't you check in the system if they have it or not. She simply said: no, it is different than this store and that she can't check it in the system.
Eventhough I knew she wasn't willing to help (since our first encounter she was already like), I politely left it at that and went to check other further in the store.
But that the same moment I have never felt to mistreated. Maybe I was too polite to her and she took me as a fool and openly talked about me in front of me with her colleague.
This is the worst customer service DKNY can provide to all the customers. Putting employee with nasty personalities in your store. How will the customers ever come back? read more
