I love that they have online appointment setting (but you can also call as well). It is a small salon, so you need to book in advance rather than trying to walk in or get same day appointments. The nail area is small, but clean and beautifully decorated. There are two pedicure stations and two nail stations. The pedicures don't have those massaging chairs you see at mall salons but they don't need them. The great experience and service you receive more than makes up for a silly addition like that. There is a large variety of color options (including many with sparkle and some of the newest releases from OPI). One thing to note is that the nail salon is up a flight of stairs. I had an ultimate moisturizing pedicure with Erica. She was friendly and courteous but not overly chatty. The pedicure was extremely relaxing and she took time with each step. My feet were in pretty rough shape since it had been several months since my last pedicure and she made them look and feel fabulous. If you are looking for a great nail experience that won't break the bank, I highly recommend this location.

The gentleman on the other end said it's $20 for a regular manicure. Went in for my appointment. The lady who did my nails was nice and chatty, but said I don't need polish, even though I had asked for clear. I said ok as my nails looked decent as she had buffed them. However, after a few days, almost every single nail started to get a hangnail. Also, she took only 15 minutes to complete the manicure, which is a very short time in my opinion. Worst part was when I went to pay, she asked for $25, even though I was quoted $20 over the phone. I even saw $20 for a regular manicure listed on the price list. I gave her what she asked for but did not tip. This is extremely bad business practice. In our conversation I had mentioned I'm visiting from California, maybe that had something to do with the price hike. Still, shady, unprofessional and disappointing. When I moved away in December 2018, Hannah was super helpful in giving me pointers for finding a new stylist, telling me what keywords to give the stylists to get exactly what I wanted. When I went to my cut and gloss appointment in Buffalo, the stylist would not stop complimenting my highlights. I think it says a lot when another stylist recognizes the skill of another. I've also seen other stylists for getting my hair done with weddings and other events, and gotten compliments on Hannah's highlights technique as well. Hannah's a certified Rusk instructor, meaning that she's taken an extra step to learn the proper approach with the Rusk products, and trains other stylists on how to use them. So, her expert technique isn't surprising! I love Hannah's work so much that I made an appointment to get balayage with her while I was visiting my parents in Greensburg for the weekend. And again, she was super accommodating knowing that I was coming in from 4 hours away. I can't recommend Hannah enough! And yes, I totally plan on keeping her as my stylist even while living in Buffalo. I'm also getting microblading done with Dawn, and I'm super excited about it! I'll update this review once I do.

She had the audacity to act like I was at fault and I was being "emotional" because I wasn't okay with orange brassy hair. She made a comment about me turning 40. When I walked in, about 10 mins early, I wasn't greeted by anyone. There was one stylist blow drying a client, but no one else to be seen. I took my seat and waited. About 5 minutes later someone walked out from the back and asked what I was there for. She did offer me a drink, which I appreciated, and had me fill out basic new massage client paperwork. After the stylist was finished with her client, there was a lot of chatter (about the client) between the stylists. I thought it was somewhat unprofessional, but I ignored it. The massage therapist emerged from the back about 5 minutes after my appointment time and apologized for running behind. I waited for her last client to come out. And waited, and waited....and waited some more. He finally came out and then chatted with a few of them while I was still sitting there. The stylists/massage therapists were being respectful & friendly, but by this time, it was about 15-20 minutes past my appointment time. Thank God I didn't have any plans afterwards, or I would have had to cut my massage short. The massage was AMAZING and Tara really took the time to address and concerns I had. Even though she was behind, I didn't feel rushed at all. The room and bed were comfortable - heated blankets were on the bed - and the smell of the massage oil was pleasant without being overwhelming. I particularly enjoyed that when she was finished, she placed hot, damp towels on my back. Not only was this relaxing, but it was nice to be able to wipe off some of the excess oil before I got dressed. My only complaint about the room is that it is no where near being soundproof. I was very relaxed about halfway through my massage, when all I could hear was a man's booming voice in the hallway. That'll wake ya up for sure. Overall, I loved my massage and will definitely be back! I am hoping that my first experience here was just an off day.

She had done my nails before so I thought nothing of it. I had black on my nails to begin with and wanted a burgundy type color. She began to do my nails and every so often I'd jerk back because it would hurt. I kept saying out loud "that hurts" and she didn't change a thing she was doing. She used the nail file without moving my skin back so she was literally filling my skin, by the time I left I was bleeding in three places (picture attached). When she was all done, there were stains on my skin from the acrylic and I had asked if she would remove it. She told me to just go wash my hands (didn't work). So she took the electric filer yet again on my skin. I will never go back again.
