She explained clearly why each service was important, which I really appreciated. As a woman, car service places don't always make you feel respected or fully informed, and sometimes it can feel like people are just trying to take your money. That was not the case here. Hector and Crystal were honest, patient, and genuinely caring. Hector even helped me reset all of my sensors, and they were able to locate a nail in my tire after I mentioned my tire sensor kept going off but I couldn't find the problem. Their customer service goes above and beyond, and I'm always thankful for their help. This is the location my family will continue to trust and return to.

Because I was getting ready to go out of town, I took the car to another mechanic to have it checked. I was told that something underneath the vehicle had not been properly tightened/secured during the oil change, which caused the oil leak and led to serious gasket damage. I'm now being told the repairs could cost around $6,000. My car was not having this issue before the oil change. What should have been basic routine maintenance turned into a major mechanical problem and an extremely expensive repair. I'm very disappointed with the service and the damage this has caused. I would strongly recommend anyone coming here for an oil change check underneath their vehicle for leaks immediately afterward and have the work inspected if anything seems wrong.
