They had to tear the bathroom down to the studs due to rot and rebuild the structure. The bathroom turned out beautiful. Throughout the process which took about a month, Zach was just a text away. He would call with updates to let me know how things were coming along. He returned all communications within a few minutes. It could not have been an easier, smoother or a more enjoyable process. Best of all the unit looks fantastic and was rented immediately. Zach and his team were complete professionals that can be trusted to go above and beyond.

Basement remodel that exceeded expectations…read more We are truly amazed at the results, and were thrilled with the entire process, end to end. Tony and his crew were a pleasure to have around and you could tell they were having fun working together. We came into the project with our own ideas, and Tony, his designer and the crew worked with us every step of the way, listening to what was important to us, and suggesting and recommending options, but never in a pushy way. The final result looks identical to the design, if not better. Tony's communication was exceptional, whenever decisions had to be made, or we needed to change or replace materials, it was easy to send texts or to call each other, and we appreciated the attention to detail and level of communication. Bill's knowledge and skills are amazing. Bill has worked on 3 of our appliances: washer (repaired cycle knob, routed the water connections through the appropriate openings in the wall); dryer (fixed the problem of why it took 110 minutes to dry a small load. Installed a special gizmahoch that resolved the problem instantly); dishwasher (found us a free used one that needed a couple of parts and wha! la! we have a dishwasher). Repaired our bathroom floor & kitchen floor so that they are level and then reinstall the toilet. Installed bathroom sink and faucet. Has replaced the underpinnings of our bay window that was sagging due to old wood that had rotted out due to dampness. Tricky to keep the window in place while replacing the bracing. He wants to not only to do what is correct with repairs, but wants to make sure that the customer (us) is happy with the results. He keeps the communication going until the job is done. Thank you, Bill.

Bill has been my best ever handyman and we have worked together for years. I wouldn't know what to…read moredo without him. He has done numerous jobs for me at extremely good prices. I was ready to replace my 35 year old dishwasher because there was water on the floor. He repaired it with an inexpensive hose and saved me tons of money. That was a couple of years ago and the dishwasher is still working. He is getting ready to replace a rotted wooden gate with a metal one in my front yard. Whatever I ask him to do, he does it and always with a smile. He is consciencious about getting back to me and a hard, hard worker. He replaced siding for me, installed a door camera, re-roofed my "she-shed" and the list goes on. He is personable, kind, very smart and courteous. Diane M.

Would give a "0" if possible. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON! Eduardo, Eddie, was recommended by another…read morecontractor whom I trusted. He presents as well qualified, as though he can do the job, even if way beyond his skill set. He and his fellow crew, which varied frequently, were to replace a part of our roof and ceiling following a leak. 8 months later we are still correcting his mistakes and repairing damage. Eduardo does NOT: * Tell the truth * Work well with other contractors, even those who recommended him. * Provide accurate and reliable quotes, estimates with itemization. * Keep his word. Eduardo DOES: * Talk a good line * Argue * Cut corners to save a buck for himself * Whine * Want a good review on google. We hired Eduardo to repair roof and ceiling. Quote included tarping roof to prevent leaks. Roof leaked not once but three times, damaging plaster ceiling and wood trim. He showed no concern for two over 70-year-olds on roof in the dark and rain tarping roof with our own tarp, or to the damage to our house, plaster ceiling and floors and trim. His response: "It wasn't supposed to rain." We were left with cleaning up their mess and hiring a reliable contractor. Could go on with more details. Have plenty of pictures if needed. I thought it was small so I proceeded to put a large bucket underneath and left for a couple of hours. When I returned the bucket had overfilled and there was water on my kitchen floor!! I turned off the water and that helped a bit but it was still leaking. I called around and Eddie was able to come the same day because he just so happened to be in the area. He provided a free in-person estimate which seemed very fair. Especially given the fact that it was an emergency. The entire hot water valve needed to be replaced because it was so old. He immediately got to work and took a trip to Home Depot to grab the parts needed. Unfortunately, it also turned out that my dishwasher had the wrong type of water line so I approved for him to replace that as well. He took a second trip to Home Depot for that part! The job was done on Tuesday and I have no complaints. The sink is no longer leaking and my dishwasher now has a proper hose! Yay! Thanks again, Eddie! You are the goat!
