Joined Djanogly centre for swimming in the beginning of 2015. then in the mid of the year planned to cancel the membership.my membership fees was 22.10GBP which was going out of my account by the 20th of each month. so I phoned to cancel the membership in 4weeks notice before Sep.2015 to stop deducting payments from my account(direct debit),they ask me to call "harland company"(which was deducting the membership fees) to stop the payments ,so I called after few minutes later.They assured me that the final payment will by the 20th Sep.2015 and no further payments will be deducted from my account.
I assumed that my membership is cancelled and no more payments to the Djanogly centre,I havenot checked my statements for the couple of months ,but suddenly I checked in the December staement that payment was still continue,then I checked for the previous months which was continued.I phoned to that company right away on the 22nd of Dec.2015, they checked in their system and said that dont know why it happened and assured me the refund for 3 months(22.10x3=66.30GBP) and had to wait untill the beginning of Jan.2016.
So far waited until 27th of Jan.2016 but no refund at this time.
Called again today to the both places(Djanogly and as well as harland company).The company said that they cant refund because they have received the email from Mark (Djanogly) stating cant deal with that.That company gave me the number to call on 01158762170,but this number was dealing with "traffic light enforcement"only,said this is the not right number.Called back to the company(Garland or harland forgot the name) then someone else from that company ask me to call djanogly centre,where today they (Sharlane who deal with account services)said that they havenot received any email and according to their system last payment was received in the September month.Went to the Djanogly today and shoewd her last 2 months staements,but she said that she can refund only upto 2 months according to the proof provided.Now waiting for the response. read more
