The pod is a beautiful, tranquil space and a joy for the senses - toasty warm with soft lighting and calming music. From the moment you step inside the pod you completely escape from reality for an hour which makes your practice incredibly personal, as though you are the only person there. Be prepared to SWEAT in the 37 degree warmth, I expected to leave the pod with a 'dewy glow'...how wrong I was (think drowned rat!!) Nevertheless, the heat aids flexibility so you can stretch more deeply into postures and you feel completely chilled and detoxed by the time you leave. Bring a large towel to cover the mat that is provided to stop you slipping and another to wipe your face, plus a big bottle of H20!
