Elmer at Valle Builders was a great partner: very hands on on all of the construction/build work; extremely communicative, especially around the timelines of various subcontractors and inspectors; and transparent when the inevitable change order situations came up. He has also collected a great set of subcontractor partners (including electrician, plumber, painter, tiler, and even an unexpected roofer when we realized that we needed to cut into our roofline to vent our new bathroom fan). We have a number of other renovations we'd like to do with our house, and without hesitation, we will reach out to Valle Builders when the time is right. We whole-heartedly recommend Valle Builders!

Was able to schedule the work for a week later. He and the other two showed up on time, asked lots of questions to ensure my preferences were respected, and did a great job putting the pad together, even digging through a lot of roots. The pad looks great and is exactly what we wanted. The guys were respectful and efficient. Will likely be using them again for future masonry work on our front steps. Thanks!

Amazingly fast!…read more Called Brian to get a segment of gutter placed on our upper roof (we have a 'saltbox' colonial so this wasn't near the ground). Brian and his team came and got the gutter installed in about an hour. He was also the lowest estimate of 4 other roofing/gutter companies that I called. As you can tell from the pictures, it blends in perfectly. Wife was happy with the result as well. Fast, efficient, affordable? What else can I give except 5 stars! Since our house is also coming along in years, we will be replacing the roof fairly soon. Now I know who to call for that project when it comes due also.

I was recommended Tom from a family…read morefriend and decided to go off personal recommendations rather than online reviews from several years ago. Tom came out when he said he would and gave me a quote the next day that I thought was fair. Work began on initial floor, sanding and first coat. The house was owned by heavy smokers so I needed a lot of time to get the nicotine and tar stains off the walls and then paint before he came back and actually finish the floors. The cleaning and painting of the walls took way longer than I anticipated. But Tom was very patient with me and didn't rush me at all, didn't ask for a dime and came back 2 weeks later to finish the final 2 coats. The floors look amazing, he was super clean with no evidence of dust, the walls are finished with painting and there's nothing that needs to be touched up, which I was afraid they may bump into the walls with the sanding equipment. All in all, I'd give Tom a call, he was very professional, clean, prompt, and the floors look great. Thanks again, Tom!

A neighbor informed me of missing shingles on my roof. I started researching for roof repair and…read morequickly learned that it would be better to replace the entire roof than just a small section. The companies I called were pretty close on their pricing. We chose Mass Gutters (Mark Richardson) because we liked dealing with a small business instead of a multi-layer corporation. Mark's employees were professional, courteous and enjoyable to have around our home. As with all construction jobs, there were unforeseen conditions that increased the initial cost of the project. The added cost was reasonable. The job was done on time. Shortly after the job completion there was a rainstorm and we had leaks coming from a skylight. Mark came down immediately and covered the skylight with a tarp to prevent any further damage. He felt that the damage was the fault of his employees and installed another skylight free of charge. We would definitely hire them again.
