Customer claims he was told what color granite to get by Joe Armano, owner of Armco Flooring, this color did not match his color scheme and as a result would not pay his final bill. Our company became involved, and agreed to take off $500.00 just to settle the bill. That left Armco Flooring with a bill of $1,500 which Joe Armano said he would pay. The bill remains unpaid, Joe's responce is to curse at any attempt to collect this bill, and hang up the phone. I think sites such as Yelp are very usefull to give possible customers, an idea of what type of company they are dealing with. Dishonest bussiness owners such as Joe Armano can be called out, Buyer beware.

When we first started communication, there was no rush on the project as it was for our future baby's room. So 1, 2, 3 weeks go by after giving the go ahead and no response. Finally I get a reply and it was "I will check my schedule". 4 more days go by and nothing. I reach out again and he says I'll check the schedule and let you know tomorrow..I caught him at a "busy time". Mind you the non rush project is how becoming a rush. So knowing full well the baby's delivery date, he gives me 2 weeks prior to that as his only possible available time stringing me along until it was too close to the due date. If you don't want to do the project or it's too small or it's not what you want to do, just say so and move on. Dont string me along until it's convenient for you to so a smaller job. Don't bother reaching out to Robert unless you have alot of time for your project and it's big enough to warrant him giving you his attention.
