This was fine with me until the customer service person started asking accusatory questions of why we weren't home when they came in the first place- as if that's standard when a cleaning service comes to manage their work. I have 2 babies and it quite literally wouldn't be possible for them to clean around my 1 year old causing chaos and my 4 month old. After being told for them to come back and reclean I would need to be home to supervise the cleaners (along with somehow wrangling 2 very young children) I was so stressed I told them not to come. They told me because it was on the schedule they would be coming anyway, against my wishes. Having to tell a company they are not welcome on your property and begging them to not show up unwelcome is a very odd experience. The entire experience was bizarre and frustrating. They've offered a partial refund, and to hire a competitor to do the job. The catch is, no competitor charges nearly as much for this service for such a small home. So they would still walk away with hundreds of dollars in profit for the time and energy of ours they wasted. When you pay this much you want a luxury service and at least average customer service and it's not what you get. Edit: Per the inaccurate response- I've added an additional screenshot after we said don't come. They said to me on the phone "why wasn't your husband there he said he was going to be there. If no one was there who let them in?" They then did request that I be home for the reclean- so not sure why the lying is necessary. They don't get a gold star for how long they were here when they didn't clean our one and only bathroom, the floors, most of the kitchen or many of the surfaces. God only knows what they were doing for all that time.

They vacuumed and dusted every corner and the hard wood and counters shined. They got behind appliances on counters and my bathrooms looked and smelled brand new. The windows were even sparkling. They were very efficient, professional cleaners that are proud of their business and good at what they do. I have had other cleaners before, and worry about many things (breaking items, trusting people in my house, and will they do a great job). We have a pet sensitive to chemicals, so we figured that might as well just have a professional come in and sanitize/scrub the home before we got there. $350/hour for the first 4 hours, followed by $80/hour every subsequent hour. 3BD-1.5BA Dining, and Kitchen. Eddie sold the service as "we do everything," just sign the quote so we can schedule. Signed the quote, and got their arrival time. Day prior, at 9PM, I needed to call him to confirm a time frame, since he did not. The time frame was completely changed from what was quoted 4 days prior. Arrival window was now 12:00-12:30, but the team didn't arrive 'til after 2PM, with no notice from Eddie, until I called and asked where they were. The team started upstairs and worked their way down. They were quite slow, but were chugging along, so I didn't say anything; the home was quite dirty. They spent about 4 hours on the second floor bathroom and two bedrooms, and then sped through the first floor in just over an hour. When they left, we inspected their work. The appliances, inside of closets, cabinets, or floor mop were not completed. Eddie said that this was because it was not selected in the quote that I signed- despite explicitly explaining that we needed a full inside and out clean. Team left at about 7:00, 5 hours. In addition to not doing the above, the team missed large areas of the kitchen, didn't clean the floors, and barely wiped down the outside of cabinets. Eddie was notified and came out the next day at no charge to inspect the work, said they didn't do a good job, dusted a bit, and left. He left his mess on the floor and didn't bother sweeping or mopping after himself. The receipt came along with the credit card charge, and we were over charged by an hour, and Eddie did not respond to my request for a refund for this phantom hour. As we continued to move through our home, we have to clean what this vendor did not. Floors were filthy, cabinets not cleaned, and just overall bad service. This was a quick way to lose $600, and I still have to clean my damn house myself.
