I have a desk job, don't really work with my hands heavy duty. I did not clean with any harsh chemicals or anything like that so I am not sure why it is coming off like this. It's at the point where I'll try and schedule my trips around my manicure. My manicurist in NOLA doesn't do designs, so this was a special treat. Although I hadn't specified when making my appointment at Lulu that I wanted a design, they were able to get their nail design expert to work on me after my gel manicure was completed. The technicians seem to rush through the manicure, become argumentative when I ask for something specific, and often ignore my requests. One of my biggest concerns is the excessive use of the electric drill and UV lamp. I know what works best for my nails, and I have repeatedly explained that I do not want my natural nail bed damaged. Unfortunately, my preferences are often dismissed, and I feel pressured into a service I didn't ask for. It's frustrating because the exact same requests are honored when the manager is supervising, which tells me the staff are capable of following customer instructions. Customers deserve the same level of respect and care regardless of who is on duty. Consistency and listening to your clients should be a priority.
