Chef rules over a secluded cafe in the middle of a private event venue, with the cafe being accessible from 5 to 8pm Tuesday thru Thursday. All of the extensive offerings are scratch prepared and served pleasing to both the eye and the palate. This is a very casual venue, outside tables during the season, indoor for inclement weather. Prices are very reasonable, portions are generous (and he's not trying to compensate for quality by quantity). Children are welcome, lottsa very close parking, there is a small bar serving prepared cocktails, beer and wine (Woodbridge at $6 a glass....DEAL). Very casual attire....shorts de rigue. Chef Taz is the perfect host, and once the rush abates in the back of the house, he will often times visit tables for feedback.
