We had the best weekend stay at Oak Lodge! The cabins were clean, cozy, and absolutely adorable -- the perfect mix of comfort and charm. Everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. The café was a highlight of our trip. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, and the chef was incredibly kind and personable, which made the experience even better. We even stopped by the store before leaving to grab some granola and maple syrup to take home -- so good! We can't wait to come back! read more

Out of the way, but beautiful surroundings. Seems to be an event space but The Cafe is open to the public when no events are happening. Really lovely area to have a relaxed meal and a few drinks. My parents and I went to the Oak Lodge Cafe for dinner and it was such an awesome experience! You drive through the woods and it's just a cozy little cabin like place. It has lights strung on the outside patio and was super welcoming! You go into a little lobby and order your food (the menu is small but has something for everyone). After you order and pay you receive a table number and can sit anywhere in their dining room area which is very open and has a decent number of tables. The staff was super friendly and welcoming! We ended up getting the pretzel bites and beer cheese for the table and they were super yummy and I personally got the bangarang shrimp tacos which were out of this world! (They are huge tacos and the price on the menu is for one .... I ordered two and definitely could have just gotten one!) Overall, it was such a great and cozy experience that I highly recommend! read more

I cannot rave enough about this place. We had our weekend wedding here in the fall of 2019 and the service, assistance, food - everything was spectacular. We literally had 0 issue with our wedding day or any schedule-keeping / timing etc.... Our guests also raved about every aspect of the location. We've also stayed overnight in their rentable cabins on the property and they're so awesome!! I would give this place six stars if possible. We stayed in one of the new lodges. They were small, but luxury. The grounds are well kept. There is much to see and do on the grounds. The included breakfast was top notch. Nearby, you can visit Falling Water or the excellent restaurants in Ligonier. Also travel on historic Lincoln Highway (route 30) to see some Americana. read more

Oak Lodge was the perfect mountain escape! It truly exceeded our expectations. The cabin was beautiful, clean and so comfortable. We loved how quiet and private it was around our cabin. The welcome cookies were delicious! The heated tile floor, board games that came in the cabin, and electric fireplace were the perfect touch. The hot tub had surreal views, and we loved how it was set up in a greenhouse. Chef Jon was extremely welcoming and prepared for us the most delicious breakfast each morning. We loved the food so much that we took home our own bottle of Jimberg syrup! The couples Swedish massages were amazing with the perfect ambience. 100% would recommend for a weekend getaway. What a wonderful surprise! We hadn't even heard of Oak Lodge, but what a great find. The food is absolutely delicious. The cabin like atmosphere with the string lights creates such a nice atmosphere. We were a little cautious when you order and then go to a table but everything we had was just beyond expectations. And the portions are large. A beautiful resort and a trip to remember. The cabin was down to earth yet luxurious. I appreciated the welcome cookies, they were delicious! The trails were exhilarating. Also the cafe was only a walk away so it was a really a lovely walk. The flowers were so beautiful and there was so much nature everywhere it was amazing! My husband and I stayed at one of the new cabins at Oak Lodge and we cannot say enough great things about this place! From the moment we checked in, Matt was so friendly and helpful to ensure we had everything we needed and providing suggestions for places to go and things to do in the area. His family even likes on the property and only a call away if ever needed! The Cabin itself is adorable from the outside and exceptionally decorated on the inside. From the kitchenette to heated bathroom floors, it is apparent that much care had been taken to provide guests with everything they might need! One of the highlights for us was being able to go up to Jimberg Village (where weddings can be hosted) for complimentary breakfast each morning. Everything was delicious and they even had the Village buildings open to walk around and tour - it was so serene and beautiful! I know they are adding additional cabins to the property and I think this would be an absolutely perfect spot for a romantic getaway or group retreat! Aside from weddings, I would love to see Oak Lodge host more events or even mini packages that groups or families could add to their stay for a reunion night. I can just imagine how beautiful it would be to be able to add a dinner to your stay and sit under the stars around a fire pit at Jimberg Village. read more

I recently stayed at the Oak Lodge with my husband and family while visiting Fallingwater. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by Matt. His attention to us on our trip was excellent. Nothing but friendly, kind and accommodating. The lodge itself is absolutely beautiful! It's clean! Spacious and they have everything you could possibly think of: hot tub, indoor pool, hiking trails, swimming/fishing lake etc. The breakfast was excellently prepared by Matt. He also gave us a private tour of the village they built on the property, which would make an excellent venue for a wedding or other event. If you are looking for a peaceful weekend getaway to enjoy nature or to pass a lovely night while visiting Fallingwater this is the place to stay. read more

The lodge is amazing! Would give 10 stars if I could. We checked in and started with a massage, which was fabulous. We then wandered up to the Cafe and had a drink and walked around the grounds. Moe was fantastic, provided information about the area and the property. We stayed in a cabin and it was way more than we had even expected from the picture. The room was tasteful, gorgeous and had every amenity you would expect and then some. The bed was comfortable and the tub was nice to soak in after a long day. Will definitely be back many times! It was nice to have a coffee pot in the morning as well to get us started. read more

I recently stayed at the Oak Lodge was completely impressed. When we arrived the owner was waiting for us and welcomed us as if we were VIPs staying at his lodge. He next allowed for us to stay in the Main Lodge even though we were only there to stay in the another part of the property. The Lodge was clean the rooms were amazing and the surrounding area was very beautiful. He even made us fresh cookies for us and breakfast the next morning. This is an amazing place and if you get the chance I would highly recommend going. You will not regret it!!! read more
