We had same experience, took our 2 little ones for Christmas with Santa Dec. 2014 at the Mall,…read morehusband and I were standing aside watching our children get pictures done, our teenage daughter was on fone and he turned to use screaming and yelling hysterically that we were taking pictures behind his back, you know teens always on their fone, and accused us of stealing pictures he began to scream for security guards at that point husband told photographer off, I took my children away from the scene they were scared & didn't understand what was going on they were 6 and 1 yrs old, security guard came and was like umm yeah there's something wrong with the photographer, he actually sided with us, we were so in shock at his treatment towards us, we never went back again!
