I needed to have a 100lb+ 85" TV and soundbar installed in a space over my spare bedroom door (the top of the TV is ~12ft off the ground). Rich, who used to work on Hollywood sets, got together some colleagues of his to troubleshoot and ultimately successfully get the heavy piece where it needed to be. His attention to safely was reassuring. His meticulous attention to detail was admirable - when I said it looked "good to me" he said "let me make sure" and made sure everything was perfectly centered and level. He also noticed that a soundbar that I had in my living room (which I installed myself and botched) was looking rough and not only reinstalled it but hid the cords for me. He has an eye towards perfection. In the end, everything looked fresh and smooth. His prices were reasonable. And he has great connections for other services in case I needed them in the future. Very polite & Knowledgeable over the phone. We scheduled an appointment. His tech team, Mike & Jeff, arrived right on time and helped me get everything situated. They knocked it out the park!
