Once I started the communication with Ashley she made my life a little easier. I'm a woman that knows what I want and when I tell you she took this event from beginning to end she really has outdone herself. She was very detailed and punctual working with 5 to 6 vendors and also provided good suggestions along the way. I'm truly an island girl tropical vibe type of person so I told her my vision of tropical colors, florals, pineapples, birds of paradise, etc. She knew exactly what to do. I appreciate her expertise when helping to find the perfect florist as well as a baker to make sure my vision came to life. I would definitely recommend her to help plan your event she will not drop the ball. Thank you again for making our event special and one of a kind. Hope to plan something with you in the future.

Vaso Bello Celebrations - Dull ceremony flowers that lacked consistency with other arrangements.

The quality felt inconsistent, and when we reached out afterward, we never heard back. If you're thinking about booking them, there are a few things we wish we had asked up front. We hired Vaso Bello for our wedding at La Quinta Resort in May 2025. We met with a few florists, but Ron stood out right away. He seemed to really get what we wanted. Even though the quote was a little higher than others, we felt good about putting our trust in him. His style is beautiful and the reviews were glowing, so we felt confident we'd be in great hands. To be fair, some parts of the floral design were exactly what we hoped for. We loved the terracotta vases on the dinner tables, and the flowers in our lounge area were absolutely stunning. They were full, colorful, and just gorgeous. That part truly felt like us. But that same care didn't carry through to everything. The ceremony florals, which were supposed to frame us during our vows, ended up being really underwhelming. They felt small, dull, and nothing like what we had imagined or discussed. They didn't add any real impact to the moment. Those arrangements are now in all our ceremony photos, and it's hard not to feel disappointed by that. We emailed after the wedding to share how we felt and ask if they could offer any explanation or even just acknowledge it. We never got a response. We're not sharing this to be harsh. We know how much work goes into weddings, and we truly believe Vaso Bello is capable of beautiful designs. We just didn't get consistency, and the lack of follow-up made it harder to move on. If you're thinking about working with them, we'd suggest being really clear about which floral moments matter most to you. Don't assume that just because something is in the proposal, it will be prioritized. If your date falls near a big flower weekend like Mother's Day (which ours did), ask how that could affect things. And don't be shy about checking in before the wedding to make sure everything is still on track. We hope this helps other couples going through the planning process. Every couple deserves to feel great about their wedding day and their photos. Update: After we posted this review, Ron reached out, apologized, and offered a refund for half of the ceremony florals. We appreciated the follow-up and the gesture. It didn't change how we felt about the experience overall, but it did show that he cared and wanted to make it right.

Came here on recommendation from a friend. The pools are beautiful and it's not crowded. Few guests, probably intentionally limited. The spas are great. We reserved a wood hot tub and a private tub (free reservations when you stay overnight) but honestly didn't even need it since there were plenty of tubs open. So did we need hot springs when it was 90F out? Not really but it was lovely. Staff friendly, warm welcome at the gate and reception. Much appreciated cold drinks from the bar and limited poolside and from your hot tub drink service. Restaurant served up nice sounding food with good elements but not quite out together well. Like some mushy forbidden rice under fantastically prepared lamb, or rubbery fried Halloumi on a very crisp and perfectly dressed bed of arugula. Not sure why none of it worked together but on paper it looked great. In real life was more unique. Overall a very relaxing stay. It's really close to J tree so pretty far from LA and San Diego which is great if you want / need privacy. Grounds are lovely with a duck and turtle pond. Tons of upsells here ($400 massage? I'll just fly to Thailand thanks). A couple free classes we didn't attend. 7:45 am yoga not happening on a retreat where we sleep in.

SO MANY COCKROACHES…read more There are A LOT of cockroaches here. When the sun goes down, they're running all over the walkways. It's a bit unnerving. They're also in the rooms - we found 3 in our room, told staff, they said they would send someone but never did. They just said "oh no! Apologies for the inconvenience" They're also in the pools. Our last night, sitting in the shallow meditation pool, I felt something on my shoulder, swiped it away and discovered it was the most massive 2.5 inch cockroach on me frantically trying to swim away. It was my worst nightmare. After that, every little thing I felt I kept thinking was another cockroach crawling on me. Really soured our experience here. Yes the grounds are beautiful, the waters are incredible, restaurant food was good, the bed was super comfortable, and our favorite part is the pools are open 22 hours a day (closed from 6-8am for cleaning) which means we can enjoy them late at night when most people are sleeping - a rare thing to do at a resort as most places prevent guests from enjoying any public water therapy after 9 or 10 at night. It has the potential to be a really amazing place but after seeing probably 30+ cockroaches on the property, in our room, and then crawling on me, I just can't really recommend this place as a peaceful sanitary getaway. I mean this place is infested and the resort doesn't seem to really care how much it's negatively impacting their guests. So if they don't care, then I'm certainly not going to be a patron of their business. If they reach out and try to make it right, if they improve then I'll update my review.

Well where do I start? My 3-day trip to O Spa 'Resort' was my 4th trip. And probably my last. I did…read more3 day passes since Coachella rates were $450 a night. I arrived on Friday to a cold main pool (i wish I'd measured the temp) and the overflow drain was plugged and backing up into the pool. Crud was flowing into the pool. So a cold dirty pool. Ok. You see, I'm a hot springs nerd and this is why I go to O Spa. For the water. Clean unchlorinated water. Upon then investigating the lower shallow pool, all the fresh hot water was on full blast in that pool and going to drain and down the hill. All that hot water SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE MAIN POOL. So I spoke with Marcos the new manager about it and he's awesome. I told him about the fresh water pipe that used to flow into the main pool and its valve which was now cut off by a saw. Why? So I get why they didn't want more water going into the pool as it will literally overflow if the drain is clogged. Ok, I convinced him to pump out the overflow drain (I went to my van to retrieve a pump... who brings a pump to a resort? ME! I told you I'm a hot springs nerd). By the time I had come back, Marcos had connected a length of pipe to the hot source! Awesome ! Let's pump this cold nasty water out and fill with CLEAN. NOPE! Rick the owner intercepted my idea and was scolding Marcos when I came back with the pump in hand. 'Why is he holding a pump?' I overheard him ask. TO FIX THE PROBLEM! I retreated to my lounge chair without saying a word and began thinking I should forfeit my 3 days of money and go to Mi Kasa or any number of other hot springs on that Miracle Hill. But no, I stuck it out. So now they are filtering this stagnant water and heating it. While you have FREE HOT FRESH WATER FROM THE EARTH! This is not why I came... to swim in cold chlorinated water. Ok so by Sunday the pool had finally heated to 92 degrees (yes I measured it because I'm a hot springs nerd) and it was decent enough. I didn't put my head under water tho. Nope. But with this method of heating, the other two pools got out of whack. The grotto pool was a nice 97 degrees Friday where many of us watched Coachella together (thanks to me also bringing a 2.1 sound system and an iPad) , but then Saturday night, it was 102 degrees and you couldn't just stay in for hours. Why? Because the main pool overflow drain! Fix that! You have to! Is that even legal? Seriously, what does the Riverside County Health Department think about that? I'm going to inquire. Fill the pool with fresh hot water and let it drain. Let it flow. I am one of the few people that use and even know how to fill the stand-alone bathtub. It's awesome to drink morning coffee in your own tub in the chilly desert air. But again, you have to turn off the lower tub valve to provide pressure to the bathtub. And if you close it all the way? The whole system crashes and then there is zero water. PUT SOME SIGNS UP! Also, you have to bring your own bathtub drain plug. They can't provide a bathtub drain plug? So the bathtub is useless unless you're a nerd like me. Ok, now let's talk about ice. People have to leave the resort and drive into town to get ice for their drinks? Are you serious? The rooms were $450 a night (Coachella rates) but you can't provide ICE?! The Vevor icemaker they have looks ancient and the display was glitching out. GET A NEW ONE. From my quick math with Coachella and Stagecoach rates, that place hauled in $60,000 just in April ! Not including mine and others day fees! Fix that overflow drain and fix that ice maker! Buy a new one! So instead of relaxing for three days like I wanted to, I spent most of it dealing with cold pools or too-hot hot pools. We had fun thanks to my speakers and Coachella. But it's like camping there. It isn't a 'resort'. It's a campground. Gotta bring your own ice and your own bathtub plug. I've tried to help and had a way to fix the problem but was met with glares and anger. Go buy a pump! They aren't expensive. This isn't rocket science guys. I'm a former mechanical engineer who thrived in thermodynamics and am a hot springs junkie. I'll go elsewhere where the water is clean and not chlorinated. It's a hot springs after all isn't it? FIX. THAT. OVERFLOW. DRAIN. Then we can talk. And maybe I'll come back and bring my money.

Jessica was super easy to work with and was full of amazing ideas to make our event perfect. She gave a fantastic recommendation for food for our welcome dinner (shout out to Tacos Los Chubby's), and helped plan our dessert and late night snack options which the guests RAVED about! Jessica worked within our budget to find the most cost effective way to spread staff out over our events to achieve the most support which was greatly appreciated. The staff - Julieta, Dillon, Aramis, and Hilario, were by far one of the biggest highlights of our wedding! They were the most hardworking, kind, and helpful people, and we truly could not have done the events without them. Our wedding day had a huge amount of wind and they all were extremely calm and willing to pivot to move all wedding tables into a different space very quickly. We heard about a few things later on that happened that they all handled without telling us too which was great. When we woke up in the morning, we were so surprised to see everything cleaned up and packed up for the rental company pick up the next day which was the most wonderful surprise! Julieta and Dillon worked at both our welcome party and wedding, and I think every single guest at some point or another came up to us to compliment them! They finished the tasks we gave them very quickly, then found new tasks to do all day and night long. They consistently did things without being asked, and still made time to be personable with us and the guests. Truly could not have asked for a better team at both events!
