Tom was an integral part of our February 13th wedding - assisting us before, during and after the event with floral and decor. Tom himself is wildly supportive, kind, creative and on the ball. From the vision he created alongside us to his full execution - he created a BEAUTIFUL wedding day for us! We are so thankful to Tom for his expertise and for being such a joy to work with.

Our wedding was more than I could have asked for due to Tom and his team. My husband and I basically put the whole thing in Tom's hands and he made it an absolute dream. From Tom actually doing the flowers to him suggesting LuLu's as our catering, it was the easiest day. I walked out from getting ready and it looked stunning. Tom was easy to work with and made our day extraordinary. Highly recommend!

We worked with Tom to help plan and execute (day of) our wedding. To say Tom was excellent is an understatement. He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, was super sharp, and had all of our details in order when the big day came. The wedding day went off without a hitch. Because Tom was also a florist we arranged our flowers through him. The arrangements on the tables and all of the bridal bouquets were PHENOMENAL. He knocked it out of the park -- no exaggeration. Truly beautiful. His day of team was on point. If you are planning a wedding in Palm Springs/Palm Desert you'd be foolish to consider anyone else. Tom -- thank you so much for everything we love you and your work. Thank you for making our day so beautiful. You're 1 in a million, my friend. XO

I do not know where to begin because Tom did so much for my wedding day. Tom took on the role of decorating my hall, guiding me through colors, and creating beautiful flower arrangements. With all the experience Tom has, I trusted him with decorating and deciding how he wanted things to look. WOW! did he surpass my expectations. He added so much class and beauty to my venue it was breath taking. People raved about my décor and flowers. He decorated the Cathedral Lady of Angels in a way that looked classy, and added some nice touches. When I arrived to the reception I was shocked by how beautiful he decorated every area of the reception. He added candles and flowers to the place card table, he adorned the cake in a way that made it look so grand, and he created center pieces that guest were dying to take home. My bouquet was absolutely stunning. Tom has been blessed with the gift of decorating! He kept it classy and modern with an artistic touch. I cannot say enough about his work. He is different from any other florist. I have gone to many weddings where décor looks similar, but Tom took the time to get to know our taste and he gives his work a unique twist because he wants his art to represent the couple he is designing for. If I could do it again, I would have Tom to the exact same thing all over again. Also, Tom delivered flowers to hotel in Glendale and Church location in Downtown Los Angeles. He was on time and very coordinated. He kept in contact with me very step of the way. He is an amazing person and I HIGHLY recommend him.

Tom made our wedding dreams come true. It was a magical weekend. He did our rehearsal dinner + wedding. Stunning florals, greenery, trees and more. He was so easy to work with, organized, imaginative. I would recommend for any event, it was like he was in my dreams. When we asked to repurpose ceremony flowers (which was only 15 minutes long) he didn't flinch an eye! we were able to re-use so much, and he was very aware of our and respectful of our budget. Our jaws drop and tears came to our eyes when we walked into the reception! If you want to have the wedding of your dreams, book Tom + his team!

Everything went off without a hitch and this is why I have used them again this year as well.

The bud vases were so sweet and romantic but also affordable. My sister commented they looked vintage chic. I would definitely recommend bud vases instead of traditional floral centerpieces if you aren't looking to spend all of your budget on florals. Alyssa can really make them look beautiful. If you are looking for high quality florals at an accessible price point in the high desert, work with Desert Rose Creative!

Alyssa is nice and if you need flowers, by all means hire her. But if looking for a full or day-of…read morewedding/party planner, please stay away. I think she is just trying to get that part of her business up and running, but she should definitely stay in her lane. So much went wrong, so here goes. Her budget was way off. She did not return calls in a timely manner until it was brought to her attention. Not a big deal? Ah, sadly, there's more. We found out day before the wedding that her computerized version of seating arrangements was "just an approximation." So seating was way off from how we had imagined and we had to make last minute adjustments. She does not know how to run a rehearsal and announced to all that she had never seen a wedding like ours before! (The men walking to the front while bridesmaids walked down alone). This was followed by her lining up all backwards and everyone was trying to tell her it was wrong. So much confusion that the pastor finally took over saying, "Friends, I'm now running this rehearsal." She should've been embarrassed, but she wasn't. The day of the wedding she asked me how to display the table menus - one for each table. I had previously asked her how many frames to bring and she told me. I brought extra, but it wasn't enough. No problem, she said, we can just put the ones without frames up against the centerpieces. How tacky! As guests began to arrive, a friend asked where she could put her wedding gift. When I asked Alyssa, she said that "no one brings gifts to weddings anymore," so there wasn't a place for them. The wedding was to have bubbles on each seat. Not on mine, and I'm the MOB! Didn't get to blow bubbles for my daughter. And others felt the same way. What part of "every seat " is hard to understand? At the reception, wine was to be self-serve on the table and would then be replenished as needed. When I noticed some friends had no wine, her lame excuse was that she thought it would be nice to serve our guests. But those glasses were empty!! There's more but you get the picture. Along the planning way, when asked for lists of what she should be doing and when, her response was that we had no need to worry because it was all in her head. But it clearly was not. We paid a lot for her services. Almost $6000, not including flowers. The day ended up beautiful but because we had to work around her. Such a disappointment. The most disappointing things is when I reached out to her to discuss all of this after the wedding, she took absolutely no responsibility for anything. She actually thinks she did a great job. I'm here to tell you she did not.

Vaso Bello Celebrations - Dull ceremony flowers that lacked consistency with other arrangements.

Some of our wedding flowers were absolutely beautiful. But the most important ones, the ceremony…read morearrangements, were a real letdown. The quality felt inconsistent, and when we reached out afterward, we never heard back. If you're thinking about booking them, there are a few things we wish we had asked up front. We hired Vaso Bello for our wedding at La Quinta Resort in May 2025. We met with a few florists, but Ron stood out right away. He seemed to really get what we wanted. Even though the quote was a little higher than others, we felt good about putting our trust in him. His style is beautiful and the reviews were glowing, so we felt confident we'd be in great hands. To be fair, some parts of the floral design were exactly what we hoped for. We loved the terracotta vases on the dinner tables, and the flowers in our lounge area were absolutely stunning. They were full, colorful, and just gorgeous. That part truly felt like us. But that same care didn't carry through to everything. The ceremony florals, which were supposed to frame us during our vows, ended up being really underwhelming. They felt small, dull, and nothing like what we had imagined or discussed. They didn't add any real impact to the moment. Those arrangements are now in all our ceremony photos, and it's hard not to feel disappointed by that. We emailed after the wedding to share how we felt and ask if they could offer any explanation or even just acknowledge it. We never got a response. We're not sharing this to be harsh. We know how much work goes into weddings, and we truly believe Vaso Bello is capable of beautiful designs. We just didn't get consistency, and the lack of follow-up made it harder to move on. If you're thinking about working with them, we'd suggest being really clear about which floral moments matter most to you. Don't assume that just because something is in the proposal, it will be prioritized. If your date falls near a big flower weekend like Mother's Day (which ours did), ask how that could affect things. And don't be shy about checking in before the wedding to make sure everything is still on track. We hope this helps other couples going through the planning process. Every couple deserves to feel great about their wedding day and their photos. Update: After we posted this review, Ron reached out, apologized, and offered a refund for half of the ceremony florals. We appreciated the follow-up and the gesture. It didn't change how we felt about the experience overall, but it did show that he cared and wanted to make it right.
