I would not recommend A Music Plus for weddings/receptions. Here are a few examples of everything…read morethat went wrong. 1. For the ceremony bride and groom did not have microphones. They had to lean into the pastor to read their vows. This doesn't look good in photos. 2. They cut the father daughter dance from a 6-minute song to a 2 minute portion of that song. They stated that the bride signal to them to cut it. The dance was recorded and that "signal" did not ever happen. 3. The playlist of the evening was not played in order. 4. The DJ at all times was very hard to understand. The bride and groom did not know what to do when the announcements were happening because of this. I did reach out to A Music plus and spoke with Trinity about all of this and I have asked for a partial refund due to all of this but I am now being ignored and are failing to even respond to emails. Do NOT hire for your special day! Due to the current response I must further clarify. My daughter did not know what song was being played for the father/daughter dance and would not and did NOT state any possibility to cutting it short. The song was a surprise for her from her father. That is exactly why I contacted Trinity, specifically with the exact song and the exact link to the song that was to be played all by email. Trinity statement that this was to be cut short is a lie! And please do not think that there is not a video of that exact dance from start to finish with no cues of cutting it short from either the bride or father! The only reason there were multiple calls is because I had to reach out to A music plus for any type of response due to not responding to email. Not professional at all for not responding! And again, the bride and groom had a playlist to follow in a specific order. They worked hard on this for months coming up with these details. Not to follow the specific instructions is a failure on your part. The bride and groom did also request NO request to be allowed. This was their day and no one elses and that request should have been followed. Failure to even recognize the microphone issue during their vows! Furth more, you have not responded to email when asking for a partial refund. You do deserve to be paid but so many mistakes happened that I do deserve at least a partial refund. Again for anyone reading...please search out other DJ's. It will save you tons of headache!

It was important to us to find a "non-cheesy" DJ that really "got us." And that's what we found with Eric. He was recommended by our photographer, and our photographer also "got us," so his referral was taken to heart. I took pride in finding the best vendors for my husband and I's special day because I feel like the team around you really make your day as special as you envision. When we talked to Eric initially and we said our few key words and artists we liked, he expressed the same interest, so I knew this would be a great fit. I just felt he was easy going and ultimately wanted to do what we wanted to do, still giving some good suggestions based on our interests. The planning process was so easy with Eric and he went above and beyond with figuring out set up at our venue that wasn't as straight forward as plugging into a hotel ballroom - we had outdoor and indoor set up and everything went off without a hitch. As requested, he did a few standard announcements but essentially just played great music that appealed to all my guests from beginning to end -- all the way from toddlers to tweens to parents and grandparents. It was just a FUN TIME! I highly recommend Eric to any couple for weddings, but I also know he would do a great job for any event where good music should be played. It is clear how much he loves music, and he knows so many different artists from different decades. His knowledge and enthusiasm are ultimately why we chose to work with DJ Mike. I cannot say enough about how excellent of a job DJ Mike did DJ'ing our wedding. We had multiple meetings leading up to our wedding, and DJ Mike was always exceptionally prepared, he came with energy to all of our meetings, and he always had questions. His experience from DJ'ing many weddings showed clearly, as he was so organized and seemed to have an answer to everything. On our wedding day, DJ Mike did an excellent job coordinating with our officiant, and a few other guests who needed audio. His announcements and energy were excellent. Most importantly, the dance floor was jumping all night long. We picked a lot of our playlist, but DJ Mike added in some of his own mix to keep the energy high, and the did an excellent job. I would not recommend bringing DJ equipment here for repair…read more I brought my Pioneer DJ Opus Quad in because both of the top USB ports stopped working. Before bringing it in, I had found multiple Pioneer DJ forum posts describing what appeared to be the same issue, and the repair seemed fairly straightforward. I emailed with Ian for about a week, explained the issue, and shared the forum posts I found. He told me he was confident he could fix it and just needed to open the unit to confirm which parts needed to be ordered. After I dropped it off, they had the unit for 4 full weeks before the issue was even confirmed. At that point, Ian confirmed it was the same issue described in the forums and told me I could pick it up while we waited for parts. I happened to be out of town that week, so I left it there in case the parts came in while I was gone. Two more weeks went by with no update. I emailed asking if there was any status on the parts because I didn't want to pick it up if they were going to arrive soon. I received no response, so after two days I went in and picked it up. When I got the unit home, I immediately noticed something rattling around inside. I also found a bag of screws inside the case, so it clearly had not been fully reassembled. The entire top of the unit was loose. When I carefully lifted it to see what was rattling, I found that all the plastic screw posts along the bottom of the unit had been broken off of the top plate. One of the broken pieces was loose inside the unit, and the others still had screws in them. So after having my deck for 7 weeks, with very little communication, I got it back in worse physical condition than when I dropped it off. Even if the USB ports are eventually repaired, the top plate can no longer be properly secured without replacing the damaged plastic top plate. At this point, I do not trust them to work on the unit again. If they could not open it without breaking it, I have no confidence they can repair the original problem or the damage that occurred while it was in their possession. This was a 1-star experience. I brought my deck in for repair, waited 7 weeks, received almost no communication, and got it back damaged.

We were later informed the couple had selected a different date, and that we were ensured we had no competition for our date anymore. We next had a phone interview to confirm our date appointment. We had a verbally agreed to contract. We were sent an incorrect contract after that meeting, and had asked for the contract to be corrected. Instead, we were informed that the same initial couple had booked our same date after we were ensured we had no competition. Words cannot express our heartbreak. This could not have been handled worse, as their error in the contract handling resulted in our inability to book our dream plans with the singular most important experience in our lives. This company is extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and will not deviate from ruining your dream day. What a horrible way to handle a situation. I cannot believe someone would handle such a monumental moment in someone's life this way.

I never post any reviews anywhere but decided this should be a PSA to NOT hire this guy. And if anyone is wondering if it's made up I have both email and recorded proof of our conversations.
