My…read morehusband, who handled the membership cancellation, passed away during COVID, and now they're asking me to "provide his email" to prove a cancellation from almost a decade ago. At the time, they overcharged us, never issued a refund, and ignored multiple attempts to contact them. Their current outreach isn't just unprofessional--it's insensitive and deeply irresponsible. If this is how they manage member accounts and personal records, I would strongly advise anyone against trusting them with your payment information. The fact that they kept any personal data this long is a privacy red flag.

As an avid crafter, I have gotten way more than $30 worth of craft materials here. I love that proceeds go to support teachers.
